Abstract

본 발명은 터미널(10) 및 커넥터(12)에 관한 것이다. 터미널(10)은, 커넥터(12)의 걸림돌기(36)에 체결되는 걸림턱(34)이 형성되는 기본판(14), 상기 기본판(14)의 상면에 고정되면서 다수의 심선 연결핀(22)이 형성되는 고정판(18) 및 상기 기본판(14)과 상기 고정판(18)의 사이에 제공되는 두께조절판(16)을 포함하며 ; 상기 기본판(14), 상기 고정판(18) 및 상기 두께조절판(16)에는 동일평면내에서 다수회에 걸쳐서 절곡되는 전곡부가 각각 형성되고 ; 상기 커넥터(12)의 터미널 수납공간(38)의 일면은 캡(30)에 의해 개폐될 수 있게 되며; 상기 터미널 수납공간(38)이 동일평면내에서 다수회에 걸쳐서 절곡된다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 터미널에 와이어가 연결된 상태를 독립적으로 나타내는 평면도,
제3도는 제2도의 선 A-A를 따라 취한 단면도,
제4도는 커넥터에 터미널이 삽입되어 고정된 상태를 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 와이어 접속용 터미널에 있어서, 터미널 평면으로부터 상방으로 연장되는 다수의 심선 연결핀들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 접속용 터미널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 커넥터의 결림돌기에 체결되는 걸림턱이 형성되는 기본판, 및 상기 기본판의 상면에 고정되면서 다수의 심선 연결핀이 형성되는 고정판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 접속용 터미널.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기본판과 상기 고정판의 사이에 두께조절판이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 접속용 터미널.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 기본판, 상기 고정판 및 상기 두께조절판에, 동일평면내에서 다수회에 걸쳐서 절곡되는 절곡부가 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 접속용 터미널.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 심신 연결핀들의 사이에 하나 이상의 돌기부가 형성되어 상기 핀에 의해 고정되는 와이어의 이탈을 방지하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 접속용 터미널.
  6. 터미널 접속용 커넥터에 있어서, 터미널 수납공간의 일면이 캡에 의해 개폐될 수 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 접속용 커넥터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 수납공간에 수납되는 터미널에, 터미널 평면으로 부터 상방으로 연장되는 다수의 심선 연결핀들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 접속용 커넥터.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 수납공간 및 상기 터미널이 동일평면내에서 다수회에 걸쳐서 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 접속용 커넥터.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수납공간을 향하는 캡의 내면에 연성재료로 된 패드가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 접속용 커넥터.
  10. 와이어 및 터미널을 커넥터에 접속시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 터미널 수납공간의 일면을 개폐시키는 캡을 여는 단계 ; 터미널 평면으로부터 상방으로 연장되는 다수의 심선 연결핀이 형성되는 터미널을 상기 수납공간에 넣는 단계 ; 상기 개방된 일면을 통하여 와이어를 상기 다수의 심선 연결핀상에 안착시키는 단계 ; 및 상기 개방된 캡을 닫아 상기 와이어를 상기 다수의 심선 연결핀에 대해 압착시켜 심선 연결핀이 와이어의 피복부를 관통하여 와이어 심선에 접촉되도록 하는 단계 ; 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 와이어 및 터미널을 커넥터에 접속시키기 위한 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 수납공간 및 상기 터미널이 다수회에 걸쳐서 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 및 터미널을 커넥터에 접속시키기 위한 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 상기 심신 연결핀들의 사이에 하나 이상의 돌기부가 형성되어 상기 핀에 의해 고정되는 와이어의 이탈을 방지하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 터미널을 커넥터에 접속시키기 위한 방법.
