Abstract

이 발명은 신뢰성이 높고 값싸고 톱니바퀴의 단속적인 맞물림이나, 이에 수반되는 소음이 발생하지 않는 차단기의 조작기구를 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다.
차단스프링에 기계적 에너지를 축세하기 위해 캠축을 구동하는 대톱니바퀴와, 이 대톱니바퀴와 맞물리는 소톱니바퀴와 이 소톱니바퀴와 동일 축선상에 소톱니바퀴로 클러치를 구성하는 클러치 구성요소를 만들어, 이 클러치 구동요소를 조작용 구동전동기로 구동하는 동시에, 투입스프링의 축세상태에서의 캠 및 대톱니바퀴의 정지위치근방에서, 대톱니바퀴 단면에설치한 단면 캠과 클러치 구동으로 구성하는 캠기구에 의해 소톱니바퀴와 클러치 구동요소의 결합을 해제하도록 하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 축세된 기계적 에너지를 방출시켜서 개로 동작을 시키는 차단스프링(101)과, 축세된 기계적 에너지를 방출시켜서 캠(13)을 회전시킴으로써 폐로동작을 시키는 투입스프링(102)과, 상기 차단스프링 및 상기 투입스프링에 기계적에너지를 축세시키는 축세장치(8,9,9c,13,14,15,16)와, 상기 캠이 고착된 캠축(8)과 톱니바퀴열에 의해 연결되어서 상기 축세장치를 구동시키는 구동기구(17,22)를 구비하고, 상기 톱니바퀴열이, 상기 캠축에 고착된 대톱니바퀴(9), 상기 대톱니바퀴와 맞물리는 소톱니바퀴(15) 및 상기 소톱니바퀴와 동일축선상에 설치되고, 이 소톱니바퀴와 협동해서, 클러치를 구성하는 클러치구동요소(16)로 구성되고, 상기 구동기구가 상기 클러치구동요소를 구동하는 조작용 구동전동기(17)로구성되고, 상기 투입 스프링의 축세상태에서의 상기 캠 및 상기 대톱니바퀴의 정지위치근방에서 상기 대톱니바퀴 단면에설치된 단면캠(9a,9b)과, 상기 클러치 구동요소로 구성되는 캠기구에 의해 상기 소톱니바퀴와 상기 클러치구동요소의 결합을 해제하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차단기의 조작기구.
