Abstract

본 발명은 냉동 압축기 머플러 및 이의 조립방법에 관한 것으로서, 유리섬유 패킹을 포함하는 머플러가 조립되고 유리섬유 부스러기의 발생이 방지되어 유동경로로의 침투가 방지됨으로써 폐쇄냉동시스템에 사용되기에 적합하다. 천공튜브는 내열 직물커버, 유리섬유패킹, 및 서브조립체로 압력용기의 쉘로 삽입되어 원주상으로 조정 및 붕괴가능한 슬리이브가 직렬로 씌워진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 입구와 출구를 갖고 이들 사이에 유동경로를 갖는 압력용기(12); 상기 압력용기에 위치되어 상기 유동경로부분을 한정하고, 내열직물(22)커버, 유리섬유 패킹(24), 및 상기 압력용기와 억지끼워맞춤되어 상기 패킹을 압착하는 원주상으로 조정가능한 슬리이브(30)에 의해 직렬로 씌워진 천공튜브(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 압축기 머플러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력용기가 원통형 쉘부분(12-1)을 포함하고 상기 슬리이브는 원주상으로 이격되어 축방향으로 연장되는 다수의 융기(30-3)를 포함하며 상기 쉘부분과 억지 끼워맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 압축기 머플러.
  3. 고압 폐회로에 사용되기에 적합한 냉동 압축기 머플러조립방법이 A) 연속단계로 서브 조립체를 성형하는 단계, a) 내열직물커버를 천공튜브위로 놓고, b) 유리섬유 패킹을 상기 커버위에 놓으며, c) 원주상으로 조정 가능한 예비하중을 상기 패킹위에 위치시켜 서브조립체를 형성하고, B)슬리이브를 원주상으로 수축시키고 상기 서브조립체를 억지끼워맞춤으로 압력용기 쉘의 보어에 위치시키는 단계, C) 단부캡을 쉘에 밀봉시켜 상기 머플러의 조립체를 완성하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 압축기 머플러조립방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직물커버가 둘러싸여지고 상기 튜브에 놓이기 전에 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 압축기 머플러조립방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단부캡이 상기 쉘이 고정되기 전에 커플링이 상기 단부캡에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 압축기 머플러조립방법.
