Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 이중압입을 통하여 압입부위를 감소시켜 동심도를 손쉽게 맞출 수 있도록 하여 진동과 소음을 감소시키며 제조비용을 절감하는 것이다.
본 발명은, 수조(11), 수조(11)의 내부에 회전가능하게 마련된 회전날개(13)와 세탁조(12), 회전날개(13)와 세탁조(12)를 구동시키기 위한 모터(15), 그 일단은 세탁조(12)에 일체로 결합되되, 그 중간이 분리된 중공의 탈수축(22), 탈수축(22)의 내부에 마련되며 그 일측단은 회전날개(13)에 결합되고 하측단은 모터(15)에 연결된 세탁축(21), 탈수축(22)의 감싸는 케이스(28), 케이스(28)와 탈수축(22) 사이에 마련되어 탈수축(22)의 회전을 지지하는 일방향 베어링(27)를 구비하는 세탁기에 있어서, 탈수축(22)의 분리부위와 베어링(27)이 일체로 압입되어 결합된다

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래 동력전달장치의 내부 구성을 보인 단면이다,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 동력전달장치가 채용된 세탁기의 내부구성을 보인 도면이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 동력전달장치의 내부구성을 보인 단도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수조(11), 상기 수조(11)의 내부에 회전가능하게 마련된 회전날개(13)와 세탁조(12), 회전날개(13)와 세탁조(12)를 구동시키기 위한 모터(15), 그 일단은 상기 세탁조(12)에 일체로 결합되되, 그 중간이 분리된 중공의 탈수축(22), 상기 탈수축(22)의 내부에 마련되며 그 일측단은 회전날개(13)에 결합되고 하측단은 상기 모터(15)에 연결된 세탁축(21), 상기 탈수축(22)의 감싸는 케이스(28), 상기 케이스(28)와 상기 탈수축(22) 사이에 마련되어 상기 탈수축(22)의 회전을 지지하는 일방향 베어링(27)를 구비하는 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 탈수축(22)의 분리부위와 베어링(27)이 일체로 압입되어 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 동력전달장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링(27)은 상기 탈수축(22)의 압입 부위의 외측에 일체로 압입되어 상기 탈수축(22) 회전을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 동력 전달장치.
