Abstract

본 고안은 2조식 세탁기에 있어서 세탁기 내부에 설치되는 펄세이터에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는 구동모터와 직결되어 고속의 회전력을 전달하는 것으로서 종래의 것보다 크기가 감소된 2조식 세탁기의 펄세이터에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 2조식 세탁기 펄세이터는, 종래의 것보다 지름이 1/3 내지 1/5정도로 감소한 크기를 갖는 펄세이터, 단부에 인서트-사출 성형되어 일체로 형성된 회전축을 갖는 회전자 및 상기 회전자의 외부에 위치한 고정자 어셈블리, 그리고 상기 회전자와 고정자 어셈블리를 감싸며 방사상의 원주면을 가진 구동 모터 하우징으로 구성된 것을 특징으로한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 2조식 세탁기의 펄세이터 및 그 구동 장치에 있어서, 종래의 것과 비교하여 약 1/3 내지 1/5 정도의 지름을 가진 펄세이터(14)가 단부에 인서트-사출 성형된 회전축(27)을 가진 회전자(26)을 고정자 어셈블리(26)가 감싸고 있으며, 상기 회전자(26)와 고정자 어셈블리(28)의 전체를 감싸고 있으며 세탁조(22)의 하부에 결합할 수 있도록 방사상으로 하방을 향하여 경사진 원주면을 가지며 상기 원주면 표면상에 형성된 한 쌍의 수납 구멍을 가진 구동모터 하우징(24)과, 상기 하우징(24)과 세탁조 단면 사이에 착설되는 한 쌍의 O-링(16)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 구동 모터의 회전자(26)의 회전 속도가 1800 RPM인 것을 특징으로하는 2조식 세탁기의 세탁조 구동장치 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄세이터(14)의 지름이 바람직하게는 종래의 것의 1/4인 것을 특징으로 하는 2조식 세탁기의 세탁조 구동장치구조.
