Abstract

본 발명의 변사처리장치는 셔틀레스 직기에 사용하는 장치로 이 장치를 직물검사기(검포기)에 부착하여 변사처리하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있으며, 그 장치의 구성은 먼저 회전칼날을 이용한 절단장치부이며, 주요부는 회전칼날전단기(8) 및 벨트(16)와 모터(17)이며, 이에 연결된 절단위치자동조정부는 위치감지기(18), 절단위치조정장치(20), 제어기(19)로 정확한 절단위치를 유지하기 위하여 회전칼날절단기 밑에 직물위치감지기를 설치하여 직물의 폭변화, 위치변화에 따라 절단위치 조정장치가 자동으로 작동됨으로써 변사처리장치의 회전칼날에 의해 항상 균일한 길이의 변사가 절단되어 처리되는 것이다.
이와 동시에 폐사화된 변사는 공기흡입장치의 작동에 의해 공기흡입구를 통해서 수거분리기에 모아지고 공기는 공기흡입기로 흘러가고 폐사만 남는 것으로 되어 있다.
이 장치는 직기의 각각에 부착되어 있는 상기 장치를 생략하고 직기 20∼50대에서 생산된 원단은 감사기(검포기) 1대로 일원화하여 대응할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 셔틀레스 직기(shuttless loom)에 있어서 변사처리를 직기상에서 실시하지 아니하고 직물검사기(검포기)의 검사공정에 부착하여 실시하며 미처리된 변사를 절단장치에서 회전칼날전단기(8), 벨트(16)와 모터(17)로 고속회전 절단하며 상기 장치에 위치감지기(18), 절단위치조정장치(20), 제어기(19)를 결합하고 이 장치를 정확한 절단위치를 유지하기 위하여 회전칼날절단기 밑에 설치하여 직물의 폭변화, 위치변화에 대해 절단위치 조정장치가 자동으로 작동되며 고속회전 절단기(회전칼날장치)에 의해서 절단되는 때에 절단된 변사는 폐사화 되고, 흡입작동에 의해 공기흡입구를 통해 폐사수거분리기에 모아지고 폐사와 공기는 분리되어 공기 흡입장치에 모아지는 구성을 특징으로 하는 검사기(검포기)에 부착된 변사(selvage YARN)처리장치.
