Abstract

In operation the rim threads of the textile fabric are cut off to a uniform length by a rotating blade. To this machine a position supervisor(18), controller(19), cutting line adjuster(20) are combined to fit the rim thread cutter. Under the rotating blade installs a textile fabric position sensor to discriminate the position of the fabric and makes the cutting line adjuster adjust the cutting line. The control is made by the digital signal of the computer. The rim thread collector which operates at the same time with the cutter is composed of the cut thread sucker, waste thread separate collector and air sucker to dispose the thread.
