Abstract

실 절단 및 흡입장치(1)는 나삿니가 난 트리밍 디스크(4)의 축을 향하여 이동하는 수직 커터 지지 포스트를 가지고 있다. 각각의 커터(12a)와 결합되는 커팅 날은 대응하는 지지 포스트의 하부 L-형상부의 일단에 마운트 된다. 이 L-형상부는 실이 커터를 지나 후날(12b)에 의해서 절단되도록 하게 하여 실(F)의 상당한 길이가 흡입 포트(15a)에 의해서 흡입될 수 있도록 하고 있다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 두개의 장치를 구비한 순환 직조기의 일부를 도시하고 있는 평면도.
제5도는 상기 장치의 제1 및 제2디스크의 상세도로서 확대한 단면도이다.
제6도는 실 커터의 부분 횡 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스타킹 및 양말을 제조하기 위한 다중 공급 순환 직조기용 실 절단 및 흡입장치로서, 수직 커터 지지포스트가 나삿니가 난 실 트리밍 디스크측으로 향하여 이동하며, 각 커터의 절단 날은 대응하는 지지 포스트의 하부 L-형상부의 일단에 마운트 되어 있으며, 상기 L-형상부는 상기 실이 상기 커터를 지나 후날에 의해서 절단되게 함으로서, 포트에 의해서 흡입되는 실의 길이가 상당히 길어지게 함을 특징으로 하는 그러한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동축의 제2디스크가 상기 나삿니가 난 실 트리밍 디스크 아래에 제공되며, 이 제2디스크의 반경은 트리밍 디스크의 반경보다 조금 작으며 디스크 상부로 놓여 있는 커터의 절단 라인의 직조기의 회전축으로부터의 거리보다는 크게 되어 있어, 실 가이드로부터 빠져 나와 나삿니가 난 디스크에 의해서 집혀진 실이 상기 제2디스크에 대하여 슬라이드 하도록 하며 실의 출구 실 가이드에 대응하는 커터의 절단 라인으로부터 간격을 유지하게 하면서, 상기 디스크의 회전은 실을 후커터에 의해서 절단되는 상태로 이동시킴을 특징으로 하는 스타킹 및 양말을 제조하기 위한 다중 공급 순환 직고지용 실 절단 및 흡입장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 주변 지역에서 흡입 포트의 베이스는 원 형상으로 이루어져 있고 커터들의 절단 라인들보다 크며, 상기 나삿니가 난 실 트리밍 디스크의 반경보다는 조금 작은 상기 직조기의 축으로부터의 간격을 가지고 있어, 상기 디스크에 의해서 집혀지는 실이, 대응하는 커터의 절단라인으로부터 간격을 이루는 상태에서 상기 흡입 포트의 베이스에 대하여 우선 슬라이드하고 난 후, 실 트리밍 디스크의 회전을 위해 디스크의 표면에 직각으로 놓여 있는 축에 대하여 기울어짐으로서, 연속하는 석션 포트의 베이스 아래를 관통하고, 대응하는 후커터에 의해서 결합되며, 실의 절단 끝이 상기 제1포트에 의해서 흡입됨을 특징으로 하는 스타킹 및 양말을 제조하기 위한 다중 공급 순환 직조기용 실 절단 및 흡입장치.
