Abstract
본 발명은 (메트)아크릴산을 에스테르화 산 촉매의 존재 하에서 알칸올을 에스테르화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 방법에서는 전환되지 않은 출발 화합물과 형성되는 (메트)아크릴레이트를 증류에 의해 분리하고 옥시에스테르를 함유하는 저부 생성물이 형성되며, 저부 생성물을 분리하고 산의 존재하에 150 내지 250℃로 가열하고 압력을 조정하여 저부 생성물 중에 함유되어 있는 옥시에스테르로부터 상술한 조건하에 형성되는 분해 생성물을 바로 증류시킨다. 이 방법은 산소 분자의 존재 하에 수행할 수 있다. 무기산, 예를 들면 황산 또는 인산 및(또는) 알칸술폰산 또는 아릴술폰산, 예를 들면 메탄술폰산 또는 p-톨루엔술폰산을 저부 생성물에 첨가할 수도 있다.

Claims (1)
- (메트)아크릴산을 에스테르화 산 촉매의 존재하에 알칸올로 에스테르화시키는 방법에 있어서, 전환되지 않은 출발 화합물과 형성되는 (메트)아크릴레이트를 증류에 의해 분리하고 옥시에스테르를 함유하는 저부 생성물이 형성되며, 이 저부 생성물을 분리하고 산의 존재하에 150 내지 250℃로 가열하고 압력을 조정하여 이 저부 생성물에 함유되어 있는 상기 옥시에스테르로부터 상술한 조건하에 형성되는 분해 생성물을 바로 증류시키는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
