Abstract

본 발명은 공기압력이 큰 유리창의 상부쪽으로 와이퍼가 이동될때 스포일러를 눕혀주고 공기압력이 작은 유리창의 하부쪽으로 와이퍼가 이동될때 스포일러를 세워줌으로서, 스포일러의 위치에 관계없이 와이퍼블레이드와 유리창과의 마찰력이 일정하게 유지되도록 한 자동차의 와이퍼장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 와이퍼모터로 구동되는 와이퍼암의 선단에 자동차의 전면 유리창과 접하도록 형성된 와이퍼블레이드와; 상기 와이퍼블레이드의 상부 양측으로 힌지부를 통하여 회동가능하게 설치된 스포일러와; 상기 스포일러의 후방과 상기 와이퍼블레이드의 대향면에 상하단의 힌지부를 통하여 절첩가능하게 설치된 링크와; 상기 와이퍼아암의 상승될 때 상기 링크와 연결된 와이어가 감겨져 상기 스프일러가 접히도록 상기 와이퍼모터의 모터축에 형성된 권취휠과; 그리고 상기 와이퍼암이 하강될 때 상기 와이어가 상기 권취휠에서 풀려 상기 스포일러가 세워지도록 상기 와이어를 당기는 스프링이 구비된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 와이퍼모터(12)로 구동되는 와이퍼암(10)의 선단에 자동차의 전면 유리창(14)과 접하도록 형성된 와이퍼블레이드(11)와, 상기 와이퍼블레이드(11)의 상부 양측으로 힌지부(21)를 통하여 회동가능하게 설치된 스포일러(20)와; 상기 스포일러(20)이 후면과 상기 와이퍼블레이드(11)의 대향면에 상하단의 힌지부(23) (24)를 통하여 절첩가능하게 설치된 링크(22)와; 상기 와이퍼암(10)이 상승될때 상기 링크(22)와 연결된 와이어(25)가 감겨져 상기 스포일러(20)가 접히도록 상기 와이퍼모터(12)의 모터축(13)에 형성된 권취췰(26)과; 그리고 상기 와이퍼암(10)이 하강될때 상기 와이어(25)가 상기 권취휠(26)에서 풀려 상기 스포일러(20)가 세워지도록 상기 와이어(25)를 당기는 스프링(27)을 구비하는 자동차의 와이퍼장치.
