Abstract
중성 또는 산성의 반응성 염을 반응 전이나 반응 도중에 첨가하고, 촉매로서 티탄 원자를 함유하는 제올라이트의 존재하에서 올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (8)
- 촉매로서 티탄 원자를 함유하는 제올라이트의 존재하에서, 올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중성-반응성 염 또는 산성-반응성 염을 반응 전이나 반응 도중에 촉매에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 처리에 사용되는 염이 Li+, Na+, NH4 +, RNH3 +및 R2NH2 +(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 n-알킬 그룹을 나타낸다)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 양이온을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M+X-염(여기서, M+는 Li+, Na+, K+또는 NH4 +이며, X는 NO3 -, ClO4 -, Cl-또는 H2PO4 -이다)이 촉매의 처리에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M2SO4염(여기서, M+는 Li+, Na+, K+또는 NH4 +이다)이 촉매의 처리에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 염의 수용액 또는 염의 알콜 용액으로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에폭사이드화 반응에 사용하기 전에, 촉매를 염용액으로 처리하고 처리에 사용하는 염용액을 새로 제공되는 촉매의 처리를 위해서 반복적으로 재사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매가 에폭사이드화 반응에 염 용액을 첨가함으로써 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매의 처리에 사용하는 염을 에폭사이드화 반응의 공급물질 중의 하나에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
