중성 또는 산성의 반응성 염을 반응 전이나 반응 도중에 첨가하고, 촉매로서 티탄 원자를 함유하는 제올라이트의 존재하에서 올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 촉매로서 티탄 원자를 함유하는 제올라이트의 존재하에서, 올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중성-반응성 염 또는 산성-반응성 염을 반응 전이나 반응 도중에 촉매에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 처리에 사용되는 염이 Li+, Na+, NH4 +, RNH3 +및 R2NH2 +(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 n-알킬 그룹을 나타낸다)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 양이온을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M+X-염(여기서, M+는 Li+, Na+, K+또는 NH4 +이며, X는 NO3 -, ClO4 -, Cl-또는 H2PO4 -이다)이 촉매의 처리에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M2SO4염(여기서, M+는 Li+, Na+, K+또는 NH4 +이다)이 촉매의 처리에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 염의 수용액 또는 염의 알콜 용액으로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에폭사이드화 반응에 사용하기 전에, 촉매를 염용액으로 처리하고 처리에 사용하는 염용액을 새로 제공되는 촉매의 처리를 위해서 반복적으로 재사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매가 에폭사이드화 반응에 염 용액을 첨가함으로써 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매의 처리에 사용하는 염을 에폭사이드화 반응의 공급물질 중의 하나에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
