Abstract
무한궤도 차량 또는 건축용 장비의 미끄럼링 가스킷에 사용되는 미끄럼링은 탄소 2.0~4.0질량%, 규소 1.5~6.0질량%, 망간 0.2~2.5질량% 인 최고 2.0질량%, 유황 최고 0.15질량%, 크롬 0.2~4.0질량%, 비나듐 0.05~3.0질량%, 구리 0.05~4.0질량%와 나머지 철을 함유하는 하나의 펄라이트 매트릭스에서 얇은 판의 흑연 엘리미네이션(elimination)을 지닌 하나의 회색 주철을 소재로 이루어진다.
이러한 링은 운행 중에 먼지, 모래, 슬러지 및 흙으로 인한 내부식성과 내마모성에 대하여 충분한 내구성이 있고 동시에 낮은 강도에 기초하여 간단하면서 저렴하게 가공되지 않은 주조품을 연삭하면서 제작할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 주철을 소재로 하여 무한궤도 차량과 건축용 장비의 기어에 사용되는 미끄럼링 가스킷에 있어서, 탄소 2.0~4.0질량%, 규소 1.5~6.0질량%, 망간 0.2~2.5질량% 인 최고 2.0질량%, 유황 최고 0.15질량%, 크롬 0.2~4.0질량%, 비나듐 0.05~3.0질량%, 구리 0.05~4.0질량% 뿐만아니라 나머지 흑연 엘리미네이션(elimination)을 지닌 하나의 회색 주철을 소재로 하는 미끄럼링을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도 차량의 기어에 사용되는 미끄럼링 가스킷.
- 제1항에 있어서, 총 최대 8질량%의 질소, 티타늄, 니오븀, 탄탈 그리고 붕소와 결합된 니켈, 코발트,몰리브덴, 중석, 알루미늄, 주석중의 적어도 하나의 원소를 추가적으로 함유할 수 있는 주철합금을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도 차량의 기어에 사용되는 미끄럼링 가스킷.
- 제1항 또는 2항의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최고 750℃의 점화처리와 최고 1050℃의 냉각처리에서 설치되는 미끄럼링을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼링 가스킷.
- 제1~3항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공지된 기술중의 하나에 의하여 완전히 또는 부분적으로 질화되거나 또는 질경화되는 미끄럼링을 특징으로 하는 무한궤도 차량의 기어에 사용되는 미끄럼링 가스킷.
- 제1항과 2항의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내연기관 또는 조작장치에 사용되는 패키트(pocket)링 또는 피스톤(piston) 링을 제작하기 위한 주철합금의 사용.
- 제1항과 제2항의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정 주조 또는 회전주조에 실린더 코스용 틴(tin)을 제작하기 위한 주철합금의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
