Abstract

본 발명은 연소 동력 기관용, 특히 대형 디젤 엔진용 실린더 라이너에 관한 것으로, 이 실린더 라이너는 기조 합금으로서 구성 흑연을 가진 퍼얼라이트계 주철로 주조되며, 그 주철의 합금 조직은 명확한 경계로 그물형으로 균일하게 분포된 시멘타이트/스티어타이트 조직부를 구비하며, 기조 합금에는 합금원소로서 붕소 및/또는 인과, 필요시 부가적으로 니켈, 몰리브덴, 크롬, 티타늄, 질소, 주석 및 바나듐이 정해진 조성으로 첨가된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 2.8 내지 3.9중량%의 탄소, 1.5 내지 3.0중량%의 규소, 0.05 내지 1.0중량%의 망간, 0.02중량% 미만의 황, 0.025 내지 0.07중량%의 마그네슘, 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 구리, 0.005 내지 0.03중량%의 붕소 및/또는 0.1 내지 0.4주량%의 인, 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 니켈, 0.1 내지 1.0 내지 1.0중량%의 몰리브덴, 0.05 내지 0.5중량%의 크롬, 0.01 내지 0.05중량%의 티타늄, 0.002 내지 0.014중량%의 질소, 0.005 내지 0.1중량%의 주석 및 잔부의 철을 함유하는 조성과 구성 흑연을 가진 퍼얼라이트계 주철로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 동력 기관용, 특히 대형 디젤 엔진용 실린더 라이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주철은 합금 원소로서 잔부의 철의 중량에 대해 0.05 내지 0.4중량%를 가진 바나듐 첨가물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 동력 기관용 실린더 라이너.
