Abstract

본 발명은 이형 특성이 개선되고 실리콘 고무계 화합물(A), 지방족 불포화 그룹이 존재하지 않는 오가노폴리실록산(B), 고급 지방산 또는 지방산 금속염(C), 물(D) 및 경화제(E)로 이루어진 실리콘 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.

열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에서 금형 이형 특성을 평가하는데 사용된 금속 금형의 횡단면도이다. 제2도는 제1도에서 금속 금형의 중간의 주사 부분에 대한 확대된 횡단면도이다. 제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에서 금형 이형 특성을 평가하는데 사용된 금속 금형의 계통도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 평균 단위 일반식 RaSiO(4-a)/2(여기서,R은 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, a는 1.95내지 2.05이다)의 제1오가노폴리실록산⒜ 100중량부와 보강 충전제⒝ 10 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 실리콘 고무계 화합물(A) 100중량부, 일반식 R1 3SiO(R2 2SiO)nSiR1 3(여기서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, n은 0 내지 1,000의 정수이다)의 제2오가노폴리실록산(B) 1 내지 20중량부, 고급 지방산 또는 고급 지방산 금속염(C) 0.025 내지 5중량부, 물(C) 0.05 내지 5중량부 및 조성물을 경화시키기에 충분한 양의 경화제(E)를 포함하는 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1오가노폴리실록산의 점도가 25℃에서 107mPa·s이상인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 실리카 충전제가, 입자 직경이 50㎛이하이고 비표면적이 100m2/g이상인 실리카인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보강 실리카 충전재가 오가노실란, 오가노디실라잔 및 디오가노사이클로폴리실록산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 처리제로 예비처리되는 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 알킬 그룹이고 R2가 알킬 그룹 또는 페닐 그룹인데, 단 R2의 5 내지 20몰 % 이상의 페닐 그룹인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 아연 스테아레이트인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A) 100중량부당 경화제 0.1내지 10중량부를 포함하는 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 클로로플라틴산, 클로로플라틴산의 알콜 용액, 클로로플라틴산과 디비닐테트라메틸실록산의 착체, 플라티늄 블랙, 및 백금 화합물을 함유하는 열가소성 수지 켑슐화된 촉매로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 백금 촉매와 오가노하이드로겐실록산과의 혼합물인 열경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
