Abstract

기화성 낮은 활성 화합물의 블리딩을 조절함으로써 활성 화합물의 이용성을 증진시킨 수지 조성물 및 당해 수지 조성물로부터 수득한 성형품이 제공된다. 본 수지 조성물은 20℃에서의 기화성 가소제의 중기압(P1)및 20℃에서의 활성 화합물의 증기압(P2)이 식P1/P2≥2를 만족시키는, 수지 100중량부, 활성 화합물 0.01 내지 200중량부 및 20℃에서의 증기압이 0.001mmHg 이상인 기화성 가소제 0.1 내지 100중량부를 포함한다.

제1도 및 제2도는 실시예 12의 시간경과에 따른 활성 성분의 블리딩 (blee ding) 변화량을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 20℃에서의 기화성 가소제의 증기압(P1)및 20℃에서의 활성 화합물의 증기압 (P2)가 식P1/P2≥2를 만족하는, 수지 100중량부, 활성 화합물 0.01 내지 200중량부 및 20℃에서의 증기압이 0.001mmHg 이상인 기화성 가소제 0.1 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기화성 가소제가 실온(23℃)에서 액체인 에스테르인 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 화합물의 20℃에서의 증기압이 0.01mmHg 미만인 수지 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 살충제, 진드기 구충제, 구산제, 살균제, 진균제, 오염방지제, 제초제, 식물 생장 조절제, 피부치료제, 부식 방지제, 윤활제, 블럭킹 방지제, 표면 활성제 및 대전방지제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 제제인 수지 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 살충제, 진드기 구충제, 구산제, 살균제, 진균제, 오염방지제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 제제인 수지 조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 피레트로이드 화합물, 유기 인화합물, 카바메이트 화합물, 유약 호르몬 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 활성 화합물인 수지 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 피레트로이드 화합물 및/또는 유약 호르몬 화합물인 수지 조성물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 카바메이트 화합물 및/ 또는 유약 호르몬 화합물인 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 콜리비닐 클로라이드 수지인 수지 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 20℃에서의 증기압이 0.0001mmHg 이하인 가소제 0.1내지 200중량부를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  11. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 블리딩 촉진제 0.1 내지100중량부를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 20℃에서의 기화성 가소제의 증기압(P1)및 20℃에서의 활성 화합물의 증기압(P2)이 식P1/P2≥5를 만족시키는 수지 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 블리딩 촉진제가 카복실산인 수지 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 제9항 및 제11항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
  15. 제5항의 수지 조성물을 성형시켜 수득한 동물용 칼라.
  16. 제5항의 수지 조성물을 성형시켜 수득한 동물용 이어 택.
  17. 제5항의 수지 조성물을 성형시켜 수득한 동물용 메달.
  18. 제1항의 수지 조성물을 성형시켜 수득한 성형품을 사용하여 활성 화합물의 블리딩을 조절하는 방법.
  19. 동물의 체표면에 서식하는 해충을 방제하기 위한,제 12항의 성형품의 용도.
