Abstract

본 발명은 에어백시스템의 작동기록 장치에 관한 것으로, 차량추돌시 이를 검출하는 가속도계센서와, 이 가속도계센서의 충격감지 검출신호를 입력받아 비교 판단하고 그 판단결과에 따라 에어백동작제어신호를 출력시키는 마이컴과, 이 마이컴의 에어백 동작제어신호에 따라 장약을 폭발시켜 에어백 팽창조건을 형성하는 스퀴브 작동부와, 이 스퀴브작동부의 에어백을 팽창조건에 따라 개스를 주입시켜 에어백을 팽창시키는 인플레이터와, 상기 각 부재들에 연결되어 그 동작상태를 기록하는 동작기록모듈로 이루어져 상기 에어백시스템의 각 구성요소들의 동작을 검출하여 기록하고 그 기록된 데이터를 비교 분석하도록 하므로써, 순간적으로 동작되는 에어백시스템의 상태를 정확히 판단하게 되므로 에어백사고의 책임성을 명확히 규명할 수 있도록 함은 물론 에어백사고 상태를 단계별로 정확히 기록하게 되므로 이에따라 그 구성요소의 결함원인도 용이하게 파악할 수 있어 시스템의 결함성도 감소시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 종래 에어백시스템 동작을 설명하기 위한 설명도이고, 제2도는 본 발명장치를 설명하기 위한 블럭도이며, 제3도는 본 발명의 플로우차트이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가속도계센서(1), 마이컴(2), 스퀴브작용부(3) 및 인플레이터(5)가 구비된 에어백시스템의 기록장치에 있어서, 상기 부재(1~5)들의 각각에 연결되어 그 동작되는 상태를 단계별로 기록하는 동작기록모듈(6)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백시스템의 작동기록 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동작기록모듈(6)이 에어백시스템의 구성 부재(1~5)들의 동작점을 카운팅하는 카운터(7)의 동작조건들을 단계별로 저장부(B)에 기록시키는 전자제어유니트(9)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백시스템의 작동기록 장치.
