Abstract

자동차의 충돌시 서브마린 현상을 효율적을 방지함과 동시에 조수석 탑승자에게 가해지는 충격을 훨씬 더 효과적으로 완화시킬 수 있는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터를 제공한다.
「구성」
상기 니이 볼스터는 자동차의 충돌시 조수석 탑승자에 의한 충격량을 일차적으로 흡수하며, 글로브 박스와 일체로 된 강철판, 상기 강철판에 밀착되어 상기 충격량을 이차적으로 흡수하는 포옴, 상기 포옴을 지지하는 지지판 및 지지 브라켓, 그리고 상기 지지판을 자동차의 프레임에 견고하게 고정시키는 다수의 사이드 브라켓을 포함한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터에 있어서, 자동차의 충돌시 조수석 탑승자에 의한 충격량을 일차적으로 흡수하기 위한 제1충격흡수부재; 상기 제1충격흡수부재에 밀착되어 상기 충격량을 이차적으로 흡수하는 제2충격흡수부재; 상기 제2충격흡수부재를 지지하는 지지수단; 그리고 상기 지지수단을 자동차의 프레임에 견고하게 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1충격흡수부재는 내판, 외판, 그리고 상기 내판과 상기 외관 사이에 삽입고정된 강철판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2충격흡수부재는, 전면은 비평탄 요철형상을 가지며, 후면은 상기 내판에 밀착하도록 설치된 포임인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 니이 볼스터는 상기 제1충격흡수부재에 일체로 된 글로브 박스, 그리고 상기 제1충격흡수부재를 회동시키기 위한 회동수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 글로브 박스는 상기 내판의 내면에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 포옴의 상기 후면 중앙 하부에는 상기 글로브 박스가 수납될 수 있는 오목부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 회동수단은 상기 강철판의 하단에 구비된 다수의 제1힌지 브라켓, 그리고 상기 자동차의 상기 프레임에 고정된 다수의 제2힌지 브라켓을 포함하며, 상기 제1힌지 브라켓들은 다수의 힌지핀들을 통하여 상기 제2힌지 브라켓들에 회동가능하도록 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 포움의 전면에 밀착결합되는 강성이 큰 지지판, 그리고 상기 지지판의 전면 하단 양측에 고정된 두개의 지지 브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지판은 상기 포움의 전면에 대응하는 비평탄 요철형상을 가짐으로써 상기 포움이 상기 지지판으로부터 분리되거나 또는 상하로 요동하는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지판은 알루미늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지 브라켓 각각은 상부 섹션, 하부 섹션, 그리고 상기 상부 섹션과 상기 하부 섹션을 연결하는 연결 섹션을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상부 섹션은 상기 상부 섹션 및 상기 지지판을 관통하여 체결되는 나사 또는 볼트에 의해 상기 지지판에 고정되며, 상기 연결 섹션은 상기 포옴의 하면에 당접하고, 상기 하부 섹션은 상기 제2힌지 브라켓에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 지지판을 고정지지하는 두개의 L형 사이드 브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 L형 사이드 브라켓들 중의 하나는 센터 프레임에, 그리고 나머지 하나는 에이 필라에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조수석 니이 볼스터.
