Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 안정장치에 관한 것으로, 시트의 하부에 소정의 압력실린더를 구비하여 자동차의 급제동이나 충돌시관성에너자를 흡수하여 탑승한 승객에게 안전성을 제공하도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 자동차의 시트하부에 소정의 압력을 형성하는 실린더를 구비하여 운행중인 자동차의 급제동이나 기타의 상황으로 관성의 변화가 발생되면 시트에 미치는 관성을 흡수하여 탑승자에게 쾌적한 승차감과 안전성을 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 안전장치에 있어서, 시트의 하부측에 설치되어 내부에 소정의 압력을 형성하는 실린더와, 상기실린더 내부의 압력을 형성시키는 피스톤의 로드 종단부와 시트를 결속하는 고정 프레임과, 상기 실린더 내부에 주입되어압력을 형성시키는 오일 또는 공기를 저장하며 상기 실린더의 압력상태를 유지시키는 탱크와, 상기 탱크내부의 압력상태를 검출하여 소정의 신호를 출력하는 압력센서와, 상기 실린더 내부에 압력을 형성시키는 피스톤의 위치변화를 검출하여소정의 신호를 출력하는 위치센서와, 주행속도에 비례하는 실린더의 압력을 선택하는 선택 스위치와, 상기 선택 스위치와 위치센서 및 압력센서로부터 인가되는 신호를 검출 분석하여 상기 실린더 내부의 압력형성에 대한 전반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부로부터 베이스 단에 인가되는 소정의 신호에 따라 스위칭 동작되는 트랜지스터 및 상기 트랜지스터의 스위칭 동작에 따라 구동되어 상기 탱크내부를 소정 상태의 압력으로 유지시키는 모터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 충격흡수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더는 오일을 사용하는 유압 실린더 또는 공기를 압압하는 공압 실린더로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 충격흡수장치.
