Abstract
교류기용 정류장치는 다상 고정자 코일의 (중간점을 포함하는)출력단에 접속된 AC 입력단자 및 냉각핀 교류기의 리어커버에 접지되어 고정된 부극 냉각핀, 애노드가 AC 입력핀에 납땜되고 캐소우드가 양의 출력단자에 용접된 다오드 및 애노드가 부극핀에 용접되고 캐소우드가 AC 입력핀에 용접된 다이오드로 구성되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 정류장치를 지닌 교류기를 도시한 부분 단면도.
Claims (11)
- 고정자 코일을 지는 AC 발전기용 정류장치에 있어서, 상기 고정자 코일의 출력단에 각각 접속된 다수의 AC 입력단자와; 양의 출력단자와; 음의 출력단자와; 각각의 제1정류소자가 상기 AC 입력단자에 접속된 입력 전극과 상기 양의 출력단자에 접속된 출력전극을 지니고 상기 AC 입력단자에 각각 장착된 다수의 제1정류소자와; 각각의 제2정류소자가 상기부의 출력단자에 접속된 입력전극과 상기 AC 입력단자중 하나에 접속된 출력전극을 지니고 상기 부출력단자에 장착된 다수의 제2정류소자를 구비한 정류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 AC 입력단자가 제1냉각핀을 포함하고; 상기 부의 입력단자는 제2냉각핀을 포함하고; 상기 제2냉각핀은 제2냉각핀을 포함하고; 상기 제2냉각핀을 제1냉각핀보다 크기가 크고 두께가 두꺼운 정류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 AC 발전기의 하우징에 고정된 냉각핀을 더 포함하고 상기 AC 입력단자는 절연부재를 통해 상기 냉각핀이 배설되어 있고; 상기 부출력 단자는 절연부재를 통해 상기 냉각핀에 배설되어 있고; 각각의 상기 제1정류소자가 상기 AC 입력단자중 하나에 장착되어 있고; 각각의 상기 제2정류소자는 상기 부의 출력단자에 설치된 정류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2정류소자는 반도체 스위칭 소자를 포함하는 정류장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2정류소자는 SiC-MOSFET를 포함하는 정류장치.
- 하우징, 다상 고정자 코일 및 냉각팬을 지닌 AC 발전기용 정류장치에 있어서 양의 출력부재와; 상기 하우징에 직접 고정된 편차 모양의 냉각팬을 지닌 부의 출력부재와; 상기 부의 단자부재에 대향하는 관계로 상기 냉각팬 부근에 방사상 평면에 배설되고 상기 다상 고정자 코일의 출력단에 각각 접속된 다수의 AC 입력핀; 다수의 제1정류소자를 구비하고, 각각의 제1정류소자는 상기 AC 입력단자의 하나에 장착되고, 상기 AC 입력단자중 같은 하나에 접속된 압력전극과 상기 양의 출력부재에 접속된 출력전극을 지니고; 또한 다수의 제2정류소자를 구비하고, 각각의 제2정류소자는 상기 부출력 부재에 장착되고 상기 부출력부재에 접속된 입력 전극과 상기 AC 입력단자중 하나에 접속된 출력전극을 지닌 정류장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2정류소자는 반도체 스위칭 소자를 포함하는 정류장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2정류소자는 SiC-MOSFET를 포함하는 정류장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2정류소자는 용기와 리이드를 지닌 포트 다이오드를 포함하는 정류장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 상기 다이오드의 애노드에 접속된 정류장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 AC 입력부재와 상기 부의 출력부재 사이에 배설된 절연부재, 단말블록 및 출력볼트를 구비하고, 상기 양의 출력부재는 상기 제1정류소자의 상기 출력전극과 상기 출력볼트를 접속하기 위해 상기 단말블록에 의해 지지가 단말 스트립을 포함하는 정류장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
