Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce assembling processes and to cut down cost of manufacture by a method wherein diodes to be used for conversion into a DC from a three-phased AC, are placed on three pairs of cooling fins, each pair thereof is consisted of two fins. CONSTITUTION:Six diodes D1-D6 on a diode bridge, to be used for conversion of a three-phased AC into a DC, are devided into three pairs of two pieces and each of these pairs is fixed on three cooling fins 4 respectively. These cooling fins are fixed on a terminal base 6 and each of these cooling fins is electrically connected to one of lead wires 8 of three-phases windings respectively. In addition, the cathodes on the diodes D1, D3 and D5 are turned to plus poles by connecting these diodes to a metal fittings 18 being insert-molded to the terminal base 6, and the diodes D2, D4 and D6 are turned to minus poles by connecting anodes of these diodes to metal fittings 19.
