Claims (15)

  1. a) 유기 막-형성 결합제 및 b) 부식 억제제로서 ⅰ)하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 하나 이상 및 ⅱ)칼슘-개질된 실리케이트 안료 하나 이상을 포함하는 분말 코팅 조성물:
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, C1-C12알킬 또는 C5-C8시클로알킬이고, X는 산소, 황 또는 -NH-이며, Y는 직접결합, 메틸렌,또는이며, Z는 산소 또는이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 황인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고 Z가 산소인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Y가인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 분말 코팅 조성물: R1은 수소, C1-C8알킬 또는 C5-C8시클로알킬이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, Y는 직접결합, 메틸렌,또는이고, Z는 산소이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 분말 코팅 조성물: R1은 수소이고, X는 황이며, Y는 직접결합, 메틸렌또는이며, Z는 산소이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 분말 코팅 조성물: R1은 수소이고, X는 황이며, Y는이며, Z는 산소이다.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘 개질된 실리케이트 안료의 칼슘 함량은 2 내지 7중량%인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)는 광에 의해 광개시제로 경화될 수 있는 에폭시수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 에폭시-폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르-트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리에스테르-폴리우레판 수지, 아크릴레이트 수지, 에틸렌식으로 분포화된 불포화 수지 또는 이들 수지의 혼합물인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 안료, 염료, 충전제, 평준화 보조제, 탈가스제, 하전 조절제, 광학 중백제, 접차 증진제, 산화방지제, 광안정화제, 경화 촉매 및 광개시제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 분말 코팅 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 분말 코팅 조성물의 총고체량을 기준으로 성분(ⅰ)는 0.5 내지 20%이고 성분(ⅱ)는 1.0 내지 20%의 양으로 존재하는 분말 코팅 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅰ):(ⅱ)의 중량비는 1:1 내지 1:10인 분말 코팅 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 따른 분말 코팅 조성물을 기재에 적용하고 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 부식성 금속 기재의 보호법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 부식성 금속 기재가 알루미늄인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 따른 방법으로 금속 기재에 적용되고 경화되는 필름.
