Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전자제어 조향장치에 관한 것으로써, 차속에 따라 바이패스 압력을 제어함에 있어서, 콘트롤밸브에 별도의 제어밸브를 부가하여 중속에서는 최대의 보상기울기로 바이패스 압력이 조향각속도에 따라 감소시키고, 고속에서는 최소의 보상기울기로 바이패스 압력을 감소시켜, 중속에서는 catch-up을 해소하고, 고속에서는 on-center feel을 증가시킴으로써, 저속시 조타력을 가볍게 하여 가벼운 조향이 되게 하고, 고속시에는 핸들에 무거운 감이 들게 하여 핸들을 조작하는 운전자의 조향감을 증가시켜 차량으 조타력을 능동적으로 제어하도록 함으로써 조향안정성이 크게 향상되도록 한 것임.

제1도는 자동차의 전자제어 조향장치의 개략도, 제2도는 종래 콘트롤밸브의 내부구조를 나타낸 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 적용된 콘트롤밸브의 단면도, 제4도는 조향 각속도와 바이패스 압력에 따른 보상기울기 선도.

Claims (2)

  1. 전자제어 조향장치의 차속에 따라 바이패스 압력을 제어함에 있어서, 콘트롤밸브(1)에 별도의 제어밸브(7)를 부가하여 중속에서는 최대의 보상기울기로 바이패스 압력이 조향각속도에 따라 감소시키고, 고속에서는 최소의 보상기울기로 바이패스 압력을 감소시켜, 중속에서는 catch-up을 해소하고, 고속에서는 on-center feel을 증가시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전자제어 조향장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤 밸브(1)에 전류를 공급받아 비례적으로 힘을 발생하는 솔레노이드(71)와, 오리피스(72)를 가지는 스풀(73)이 스프링 시트(74)에 안착되는 스프링(75)의 탄성을 보유하는 제어밸브(7)를 부가하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전자제어 조향장치.
