Abstract

본 발명은 다관능성 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물을 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하며, 발포체 형성 조성물이 카본 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세한 독립 기포를 갖는 경질 폴리우레탄 및 우레탄 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 다관능성 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물을 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하며, 발포체 형성 조성물이 카본 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세한 독립 기포를 갖는 경질 폴리우레탄 및 우레탄 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 평균 직경이 150 미크론 미만인 기포를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙이 0.02 내지 3 미크론의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙의 양이 총 발포체 형성 조성물을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 5중량%인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙이 표면 처리된 것인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성이고 불용성인 플루오로화된 화합물을 발포체 형성 혼합물에 혼입시킨 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 불활성이고 불용성인 플루오로화된 화합물이 실질적으로 플루오로화되거나 또는 퍼플루오로화된 탄화수소, 실질적으로 플루오로화되거나 또는 퍼플루오로화된 에테르, 실질적으로 플루오로화 되거나 또는 퍼플루오로화된 아민 및 실질적으로 플루오로화되거나 또는 퍼플루오로화된 아미노-에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불활성이고 불용성인 플루오로화된 화합물이 퍼플루오로-n-펜탄 또는 퍼플루오로화 알킬테르라히드로푸란인 방법.
  9. 제6항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성이고 불용성인 플루오로화된 화합물의 양이 총 발포체 형성 조성물을 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 10중량%인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 방법에 따라 제조된 미세한 독립 기포를 갖는 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 우레탄 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
  11. 카본 블랙을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불활성이고 불용성인 플루오로화된 화합물을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물.
