Abstract

적어도 두 개의 금형 삽입요소(1) 및 뜨임 약품 공간(2)을 갖춘 공구 부재를 구비하며, 금형 삽입요소(1)는 금형 공동을 둘러싸는 금형, 특히 플라스틱 금형을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 그리고 그러한 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 높은 열 전도성을 갖는 열 균등화 층(4)을 뜨임 약품 공간(2)과 금형 공동 사이에 제공함으로써, 사이클 시간이 짧아진 만큼 생산성이 증가한다. 상기 장치는 - 수용될 뜨임 약품 공간의 영역(2) 내에서의 금형 삽입요소(1) 내에 공동을 생성하고, - 열 균등화 요소를 만들고, - 열 균등화 요소와 뜨임 약품 공간(2)을 삽입하고, - 금형 삽입요소(1)와 열 균등화 요소를 연결하는 단계를 통해 제조된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 두 개의 금형 삽입요소(1) 및 뜨임 약품 공간(2)을 갖춘 공구 부재를 구비하며, 금형 삽입요소(1)는 금형 공동을 둘러싸는 금형, 특히 플라스틱 금형을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 높은 열 전도성을 갖는 열균등화 층(4)이 뜨임 약품 공간(2)과 금형 공동 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열 균등화 층(4)은 구리 또는 구리 합금과 힘전달 요소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제공되는 힘 전달 요소는 강으로 된 볼인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제공되는 힘 전달 요소는 벌집 모양의 구조적인 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치.
  5. 제1항에 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제공되는 열 균등화 요소(4)는 높은 열 전도성을 갖는 사전 조립된 열 균등화 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 - 수용될 뜨임 약품 공간의 영역 내에서의 금형 삽입요소내에 공동을 생성하고, - 열 균등화 요소를 만들고, - 열 균등화 요소와 뜨임 약품 공간을 삽입하고, - 금형 삽입요소와 열 균등화 요소를 연결하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 금형 삽입요소와 열 균등화 요소를 연결하는 것은 고온 납땜에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 금형 삽입요소 및 뜨임 약품 공간은 고온 납땜에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형 제조장치의 제조방법.
