Abstract
본 발명은, 플라스마토오치로서 작동가스를 균일하며 또한 강력한 와류로 하여 플라스마제트의 출력을 보다 안전하게 함과 동시에, 양호한 절단품질이 얻어지며 소모부품 등의 수명을 향상할 수 있다. 이때문에, 작동가스(G)를 분사하는 분사구(3)의 위치는 이 각 분사구(3)를 포함하여 이루어지는 선회기(50)의 횡단면(2A)에 있어서, 와류실 직경(D)과 분사구멍(3a)의 축선(3b)의 투영선(3c)에 평행하게 되는 와류실 직경(D)의 접선(2b)으로부터 분사구(3)의 접선(2b)측의 측단(2c)까지의 최단거리(d)와의 관계가 0<d/D

Claims (1)
- 복수의 분사구멍을 보유하여 이루어지는 선회기를 전극의 외부에 구비함과 동시에, 상기한 분사구멍의 분사구를 상기한 선회기의 내벽에 설치하며, 상기한 전극의 선단측 외주영역으로 와류실을 형성하여, 상기한 분사구로부터 작동가스를 분사시켜서, 상기한 와류실내에서 상기한 작동가스의 와류를 발생시키는 플라스마토 위치에 있어서, 상기한 분사구(3)의 위치는 상기한 각 분사구(3)를 포함하여 이루어진 상기한 선회기(50)의 횡단면에서의 와류실 직경(D)과, 상기한 분사구멍(3a)의축선(3b)의 투영선(3c)에 평행하게 되는 상기한 와류실 직경(D)의 접선(2b)으로부터 상기한 분사구(3)의 상기한 접선(2b)측의 측단(2c)까지의 최단거리(d)와의 관계가, 0<d/D0.03 으로 되는 관계의 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스마토오치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
