Claims (6)

  1. 전극을 고착한 전극 홀더의 선단부를 이것과의 사이에 태이퍼 형상의 작동 가스 통로를 구성하는 노즐로 에워싸여 형성되는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치에 있어서, 상기 노즐이 그 선단부에 형성된 쓰롯트의 내측에 상기 전극에 대향하도록 형성된 공간을 가짐과 동시에, 거기에 있어서 상기 노즐의 쓰롯트 지름을 d, 공간의 지름 및 그 축방향 길이를 각각 D 및 H로 하였을 때에,로, 또한의 관계를 만족하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 안쪽의 작동 가스 통로의 상류쪽에 설치된 선회 기류 발생용의 스윌러를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간이 거의 원주형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간이 거의 역 원추대 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간이 완만한 곡선으로 형성되는 외주면을 갖는 탄두형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크 토치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간이 겉쪽으로 향해서 차츰 지름이 적어지는 다단의 원통 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이행식 플라즈마 아크토치.
