Abstract

분진 없는 효소 과립물을 수득하기 위하여, 균일하게 효소 함유 과립물상에 적용되어 과립 표면의 파괴를 방지하고, 전체 과립을 보호적으로 도포함으로 효소의 보관 안정성을 증가시키고, 비도포된 효소 과립의 임의의 존재하는 자연적인 착색을 차단하고, 비도포된 과립의 임의의 불쾌한 냄새를 제거하는 도포 체계가 요구된다. 그러한 목적을 위하여 효소 및 무기 및/또는 유기 부형제 뿐만 아니라, 30 내지 50중량%의 미세 분말 무기안료, 45 내지 65℃ 범위에서의 용융점을 갖는 45 내지 60중량%의 실온에서의 고형의 알콜, 15중량% 이하의 알콜용 유화제, 5중량% 이하의 안료용 분산제 및 3중량% 이하의 물을 함유하는 도포 체계로 이루어진 안료 함유의 균일한 외부 도포층을 함유하는 효소 과립이 제조되었다.

Claims (15)

  1. 효소 및 무기 및/또는 유기 담체 물질 및 균일한 안료 함유의 외부 도포층을 함유하는 세정제 또는 세척 조성물에 혼합하기에 적합한 효소 과립에 있어서, 그 외부 도포층은 30 내지 50중량%의 미세 입자 무기 안료, 45 내지 65℃ 범위의 용융점을 갖는 45 내지 60중량%의 알콜 또는 알콜 혼합물, 15중량% 이하의 알콜용 유화제, 5중량% 이하의 안료용 분사제 및 3중량% 이하의 물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 15중량%의 알콜용 유화제 및/또는 0.2 내지 3중량%으 안료용 분산제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 도포층은 무기 안료로서 이산화티타늄, 산화아연, 초오크 및/또는 탄산칼슘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도포층에서의 알콜은 탄소수 14 내지 22의 1차 직쇄 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콜용 유화제는 평균 25 내지 50몰 당량, 더욱 특별하게는 30 내지 45몰 당량의 에틸렌 산화물로 에테르화된 1차의, 직쇄의 포화 또는 불포화 C12-22알콜, 특별히 3 내지 9의 에톡시화도를 갖는 에톡시화 지방산, 특별히 4 내지 11의 에톡시화도를 갖는 에톡시화 지방산 아미드, 에스테르의 알콜 부분에서 1 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 바람직하게는 5 내지 80의 에톡시화도를 갖는 히드록시 지방산 에스테르의 에톡시화 생성물, 또는 그의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.8 내지 1.2mm의 평균 입자 크기를 가지며, 0.4 내지 1.6mm 범위의 외부 크기를 갖는 2중량% 미만. 더욱 특별하게는 1,4중량% 이하의 입자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로테아제, 아밀라제, 리파아제 및/또는 셀룰라아제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 효소 과립 1g당 150,000 내지 350,000PU의 활성, 더욱 특별하게는 160,000 내지 300,000PU의 활성을 갖는 프로테아제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 과립.
  9. 첨가제로서 무기 및/또는 유기 담체 물질과 농축된 발효 브로스를 혼합하여 형성된 효소 화합물을 압출하고, 선택적으로 구형기를 사용하여 압출물을 구형화하고, 건조하고 외부 도포층을 적용하여 세정제 또는 세척 조성물에 혼합되기에 적당한 효소 과립을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 그 외부 도포층은 30 내지 50중량%의 미세 입자 무기 안료, 45 내지 65℃의 용융점을 갖는 45 내지 60중량%의 알콜, 15중량% 이하, 더욱 특별하게는 5 내지 15중량%의 알콜용 유화제 및 5중량% 이하, 더욱 특별하게는 0.2 내지 3중량%의 안료용 분산제로 이루어지는 도포 체계의 외부 도포층이 유동층의 압출물에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 최종 과립을 기준으로 6 내지 15중량%의 도포 체계가, 외부 도포층으로서 효소 함유 압출물에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 도포층을 그 성분의 수성 분산액으로서 효소 함유 압출물에 적용하고, 동시에 및/또는 연속적으로, 42℃ 이하의 온도로 효소 과립을 가열하는 온도에서 건조하여 물을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 50 내지 70중량%의 물 및 30 내지 50중량%의 도포 체계를 함유하는 분산액이 사용되며, 그 도포 체계는 도포 체계 전체를 기준으로 1 내지 2,5중량%의 안료용 분산제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도포 체계는 알콜 성분의 용융점 이상인 5 내지 45℃의 온도에서 존재하는 액체로서 압출물에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압출물을 구형화한 후에, 과립은 35 내지 50℃의 온도에서 4 내지 10중량%의 수분 함량으로 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 고형의, 더욱 특별하게는 입자의 세정제 또는 세척 조성물의 제조에 사용되는, 제1항 내지 제8항에서 청구된 효소 과립.
