Abstract
1. 청구 범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 신규의 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매 및 그것을 이용한 스티렌계중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
2. 본 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 방향족 비닐 연쇄부가 고도의 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계중합체를 효율적으로 제조하는 신규의 고활성 촉매 및 당해 촉매를 사용한 스티렌계중합체의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기를 π배위자로서 갖는 전이금속화합물을 함유하는 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매, 및 (A) 상기 전이금속화합물, (B) 알루미녹산 및/또는 비배위성 음이온과 양이온과의 이온성 화합물 및 원하는 바에 따라 이용되는 (C) 루이스산으로 된 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매, 및 상기 촉매의 존재하에, 스티렌계단량체를 중합시키고, 또는 스티렌계단량체와 올레핀 등을 중합시켜, 스티렌계중합체를 제조하는 방법이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 스티렌계 중합체 제조촉매는 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기를 π배위자로서 갖는 전이금속화합물을 합유하는 것이며, 고활성을 갖고, 당해 촉매를 이용하는 것에 의해, 방향족 비닐 연쇄부가 고도의 신디오탁틱구조를 갖는 스티렌계중합체를 효율 좋게 제조하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기를 π배위자로서 갖는 전이금속화합물을 함유하여 되는 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- (A) 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기를 π배위자로서 갖는 전이금속화합물 및 (B) ①알루미녹산 및 ② 비배위성 음이온과 양이온과 이온성 화합물의 적어도 1종의 화합물로 된 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- (A) 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기를 π배위자로서 갖는 전이금속화합물 및 (B) ①알루미녹산 및 ② 비배위성 음이온과 양이온과의 이온성 화합물의 적어도 1종의 화합물및 (C)루이스산으로 된 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이금속화합물의 금속이 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 란타노이드계 금속, 니오븀, 탄탈륨에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5원환측에 적어도 하나의 치환기를 갖는 인데닐기의 치환기가 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기인 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- 제2항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (B) 알루미녹산이 쇄상 알루미녹산 또는 환상 알루미녹산인 스티렌계중합체 제조촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉내의 존재하에, (a) 스티렌계단량체를 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매의 존재하에, (a) 스티렌계단량체와 (b) 올레핀, 디올레핀화합물 및 아세틸렌류 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
