Abstract
로터본체를 구동및 피동저널에 신속하게 결합시킴으로써 상당히 제한된 공간내에서 반경방향및 축방향 정열이 이루어지도록 하는 커플링 구조가 제공된다. 상기 커플링 구조는 소정위치에서 로터와 저널을 반경방향및 축방향으로 정열시키기 위한 절삭면을 갖는 분할링을 지지하는 분할링 칼러와 클램핑 링을 포함한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 연속 믹서기의 로터본체와 저널축의 길이방향을 따라서 도시한 일부절결 정면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 “A”부분 및 그 주위 부분에 대한 상세도이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 신속한 커플링 정렬장치의 각 구성요소에 대한 분해사시도이다.
Claims (4)
- 로터본체(16)를 저널(24)에 결합시켜 로터본체와 저널에 공통의 회전축을 제공하기 위한 커플링 조립체로서, 저널(24)의 단부와 로터본체(16)의 단부측 사이를 연결하여 반경방향 및 안쪽방향으로 상기 단부상으로 힘을 가함으로써 상기 단부의 동축정열 확보 및 유지가 이루어지도록 하며, 이때 반경방향 및 안쪽방향으로 가해지는 힘은 저널과 로터본체의 단부축 주위의 원주방향으로 실질적으로 균일하게 분산되도록 하는 연결장치(36, 38, 40)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 커플링 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저널과 로터본체의 단부 사이를 연결하는 장치는; 반경방향 및 안쪽방향으로 절삭되고 축방향을 따로 서로 안쪽으로 분기되는 두개의 면(50,52)으로 이루어진 절삭 외주면과, 축방향을 따라 실질적으로 평활한 내주면(54)을 갖는 분할링 조립체(36); 분할링 조립체(36)의 절삭 외주면(50)중 하나의 면에 면접촉 상태로 결합되는 절삭내주면(64)를 갖는 분할링 칼러(38); 및 분할링 조립체(36)의 다른 절삭면에 면접촉 상태로 결합되는 절삭 내주면(72)를 갖는 클램핑 링(40)으로 구성되고, 이때 상기 분할링 칼러(38)는 상호 고정되고, 상기 클래핑 링(40)은 분할링 칼러(38)에 고정되며 분할링 칼라(38)의 절삭 내주면(64)이 분할링 조립체(36)의 어느 한 절삭면(50)에 결합되고 클램핑 링(40)의 절삭 내주면(72)과 분할링 조립체(36)의 다른 절삭면(52)에 결합됨으로써 상기 분할링 조립체(36)로부터 로터(26)및 저널(24)의 단부로 반경방향및 안쪽방향으로의 원주면을 따라 실질적으로 균일하게 분산된 힘에 의해 상기 단부의 동축정열 확보 및 유지가 됨을 특징으로 하는 커플링 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 회전력을 전달하기 위해 로터(16)와 저널(24)의 축방향 단부면상에 결합 키(34)와 키홈(32)이 부가적으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 커플링 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 절삭면(64, 50, 52, 72)의 절삭각도가 회전축(30)에 대하여 약 15°인 것을 특징으로 하는 커플링 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
