Abstract

예를 들어, VHS와 같은 레코더의 경우에 동일하게 보이지만 다른 직동시간을 갖는 카세트의 형태가 있다. 고려되는 카세트 형태를 식별할때 시간 소모 및 다소 불명확한 것이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 목적은 신뢰할 수 있는 카세트 형태를 디스플레이하는데 필요한 시간을 단축하고, 특히 모든 테이프 카세트에 대하여 VHS비디오 레코더에 이용하기 위한 것이다. 고려된 카세트의 형태는 카세트의 형태를 디스플레이하기 위해 지시기(41)로 취한 카세트의 형태를 나타내는 출력신호를 밭생하는 평가회로에서 테이프 두께의 측정 특성을 테이프형태의 필이 또는 양을 하나의 특징과 연결함으로써 식별된다. 특히 VHS에 대한 경우이다.

제2도는 제1도에 따른 회로 장치에서 본 발명에 따른 방법의 순차 흐름도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 기록매체(2)의 테이프 두께와 테이프 길이를 측정하고 카세트 형태를 지시하는 가변제어를 발생하며 장치의 카세트-형태-의존기능을 개시하기 위해 테이프의 형태인 기록매체(2)를 포함하는 카세트(1)의 카세트 형태를 결정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 상기 테이프 두께에 대한 값(d)이 제1단계에서 결정되고, b) 상기 테이프 길이에 대한 값(L)이 제2단계에서 결정되며, c) 상기 탐색 카세트 형태가 테이프 두께에 대한 값과 테이프길이에 대한 값을 논리적으로 연결함으로써 제3단계로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트 형태결정방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록매체가 기준으로 선정된 테이프 형태부류의 항목으로 분류될 수 있도록 기록매체(2)의 테이프 두께가 매우 정확히 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트 형태 결정방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, [공지되지 않음]의 상기 테이프 두께 측정 및 상기 테이프 길이 측정이 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트 형태 결정방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비교적 더 작은 원주를 가진 각각의 상기 테이프 릴(5,6)의 카세트 형태측정을 위한 테이프 두께의 측정을 위해 각 경우에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트형태 결정방법.
  5. 정보를 기록 및 재생하기 위해 테이프 두께를 측정하는 측정장치(20) 및 기록매체(2)의 테이프 길이를 측정하는 측정장치(30)를 갖는 테이프의 형태인 기록매체(2)를 포함하는 카세트의 카세트 형태를 결정하는 장치에 있어서, 평가회로(40)가 제공되는 이에 의해 테이프 두께를 특징지우는 측정과 테이프 길이를 특징지우는 측정을 논리적으로 연결함으로써, 상기 카세트 형태가 식별되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트 형태결정장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 회로(50)가 제공되며, 상기 회로는 테이프 두께 측정 및 테이프 길이 측정을 위해 이용되는 2개의 릴 코어(3,4)의 회전망 펄스의 수(Tc)를 서로 비교하고, 비교적 작은 원주를 각각 갖는 테이프 릴(3,4)이 카세트 테이프 측정용 데이프 두께의 측정을 위해 각 경우 이용되는 비교 결과에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트의 카세트 형태 결정장치.
