Abstract
액체 용기용 성형 마개는 열가소성 탄성 중합체와 발포제를 포함하고, 상기 성형 마개는 특히 와인병에서 합성 와인 코르크로서 사용하기에 적합하고, 상기 성형 마개는 용기 내부로 산소를 통과시키지 않고, 용기의 함유물으로부터 산소를 흡수하지 않으며, 미소한 팽창과 부서짐 또는 붕괴없이 코르크 나사를 사용하여 용기로부터 제거될 수 있고, 용기내의 액체를 조금도 오염시키지 않으며, 성형 마개의 삽입후 즉시 수평으로 유지되도록 용기를 유지하고, 성형 마개의 표면에 인쇄물을 영구히 유지할 수 있다.

제1도는 대리석 표면 구조와 단부상의 엠보싱된 심볼과 그 측부상의 인쇄 및 그 에지에서의 곡률부를 명시하는, 와인병으로 적합한 성형 마개를 도시한다.
Claims (36)
- 액체 용기용 성형 마개에 있어서, (a) 열가소성 탄성 중합체와, (b) 발포제를 구비하며, 용액안으로 상기 성형 마개를 삽입하는 경우에, 상기 성형 마개는 상기 용기안으로 산소의 통로를 허용하지 않고, 상기 용기의 함유물로부터 산소를 흡수하지 않고, 팽창과 부서짐 또는 붕괴없이 코르크 나사를 사용하여 상기 용기로부터 제거할 수 있고, 상기 용기의 함유물을 오염시키지 않고, 상기 용기안으로 상기 성형 마개를 삽입한 후 즉시 상기 용기를 수평으로 배치되도록 허용하고, 상기 성형 마개의 표면상에 인쇄된 물질을 영구히 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체와 스티렌-부타디엔-스트렌 공중합체 및 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 공중합체 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 아조디카본아미드와 오조데카본옥사이드 및 중탄산나트륨으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 조성물의 적어도 1%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 조성물의 약 1.3% 내지 약 3%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 조성물의 약 1.5% 내지 약 2.5%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 조성물의 약 2.0%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 구연산의 혼합물에 중탄산나트륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체의 약 70% 내지 약 97%와 상기 발포제의 약 3% 내지 약 5%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전재를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 충전재는 상기 성형 마개의 약 5%내지 약 20%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말 안료와 액체 안료로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 착색제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방산과 실리콘과 알콜 및 물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 윤활제를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 지방산인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적인 발포 활성제와 상기 함유물의 향기 또는 냄새를 향상시킬 수 있는 물질 중의 하나 이상을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 마개는 그 위에 엠보싱 심변을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 마개는 대리석 표면구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기용 성형 마개.

- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 열가소성 탄성 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와인병용 성형 마개.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체와 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 및 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 공중합체 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와인병용 성형 마개.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와인병용 성형 마개.
- 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a) 사출 성형체안으로 사출하기에 적합한 혼합물로 열가소성 수지와 발포제를 결합하는 단계와, (b) 상기 혼합물을 사출 성형체안으로 주입하는 단계와, (c) 상기 혼합물이 성형 마개를 형성하도록 효과적으로 경화될 때까지 상기 혼합물을 상기 사출 성형체내에 유지하는단계와,(d) 상기 성형 마개를 상기 사출 성형체로부터 분리하는 단계와, (e) 상기 성형 마개를 고강도 전자기적 방사를 처리하는 단계와, (f) 상기 인쇄된 성형 마개를 형성하도록 상기 성형 마개의 표면상에 인쇄된 물질을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 열가소성 탄성 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체와 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 및 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 공중합체 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 탄성 중합체는 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 상기 혼합물의 약 1.5% 내지 약 2.5%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형 마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제28항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 상기 사출 성형체안으로 주입함과 동시에 진공 보조장치 적용에 의해 상기 성형체로부터 공기를 제거하는 것을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄된 성형마개를 제조하기 위한 방법.
