Abstract

본 발명의 공비 조성물은 과불소화된 알칸 또는 알켄, 및 하이드로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로카본, 실록산, 에테르, 2,3-디메딜 부탄, 2,3-디메틸 펜탄 및 2,2,4-트리메틸펜탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 유기 용매를 포함한다.

Claims (9)

  1. A. 비사이클릭 과불소화 알칸 및 과불소화 알켄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 제1성분 및 B. 하이드로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본, 실록산, 에테르,2,3-디메틸 부탄,2,3-디메틸 펜탄 및 2,2,4-트리메틸펜탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 제2성분을 포함하고, 제1성분의 양은 제1성분 및 제2성분사이에 형성된 공비 혼합물중의 제1성분의 양을 기준으로 ±10% 범위이고, 제2성분의 양은 제1성분 및 제2성분 사이에 형성된 공비혼합물중의 제2성분의 양을 기준으로 ±10% 범위인 공비 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 비사이클릭 과불소화 알칸이고 상기 제2성분이 실록산인 공비 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 비사이클릭 과불소화 알칸이고 상기 제2성분이 에테르인 공비 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 퍼플루오로헥산이고 상기 제2성분이 2,2,4-트리메틸펜탄인 공비 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 90 내지 99중량%의 상기 퍼플루오로헥산을 포함하는 공비 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 과불소화 알켄이고 상기 제2성분이 에테르인 공비 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분이 퍼플루오로-2-메틸-2-펜텐인 공비 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 주위 조건하에서 단일상을 형성하는 공비 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 공비 조성물에 제품을 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 제품으로부터 오염물을 제거하는 방법.
