Abstract

클로로디플루오메탄 및 클로로펜타플루오로에탄의 공비 혼합물(CFC-502)을 대체하기 위하여, 본발명은 1∼15질량%의 디플루오로메탄, 37∼50질량%의 펜타풀루오로에탄 및 35∼62질량%의 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄을 함유하는 유사 공비 혼합물을 사용할 것을 제안하였다.
이 혼합물의 열역학 특성은 혼합물 CFC-502와 매우 유사하다.

Claims (3)

1∼15 질량 %의 디플루오로메탄, 37∼50 질량 %의 펜타플루오로에탄 및 35∼62 질량 %의 1, 1, 1-틀리플루오로에탄을 함유하는 유사 공비 혼합물.
제1항에 있어서, 10 질량 %의 디플루오로메탄, 45 질량 %의 펜타플루오로에탄 및 45 질량 %의 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄을 함유하는 혼합물.
저온 냉동에 냉매액으로서 사용되는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 혼합물.
