Claims (13)

  1. (a)비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르로 구성된 한제화합물을 응축시키고, (b)본체(body)의 부근에서 한제를 증발시킨 다음 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 한제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한제화합물에 하나 또는 그 이상의 논-클로로플루오로카본한제를 더 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
  3. 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 한제 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 논-클로로플루오로카본한제를 더 추가시킴으로 특징으로 하는 상기 한제화합물.
  5. 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르와, 하나 또는 그 이상의 논-클로로 플루오로카본화합물의 혼합물(blend)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 한제조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르는 상기 혼합물(blend)총중량의 약1wt%~약 99wt%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 상기 한제조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 논-클로로플루오로카본 화합물이 히드로플루오로알칸으로 구성된 그룹으로 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 한제조성물.
  8. 화학식 CHF2OCHF2를 가진 화합물로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 한제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 또 하나 또는 그 이상의 한제를 추가로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 한제.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 클로로플루오로카본, 플루오로카본, 논-클로로플루오로카본 카본디옥시드 및 니트로옥시드로 구성된 그룹에서 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 한제를 추가로 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 한제.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 다른 한제의 량은 한제 약1wt%~약 25wt%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 상기 한제조성물.
  12. 응축기, 증발기, 한제 및 응축기와 한제사이에서 한제를 이동시키는 수단을 구성하는 냉동시스템에 있어서, 상기 한제는 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 냉동시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 클로로플루오로카본, 플루오로카본, 논-클로로플루오로카본, 카본디 옥시드 및 니트로 우스옥시드로 구성된 그룹에서 추가로 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 한제로 더 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 냉동 시스템.
