Abstract

본 발명은 볼리스팅 처리에 의해 주철 또는 강의 표면 거칠기를 2㎛-8㎛로 조절한 슬라이딩 부재의 슬라이딩 부분의 기층의 표면에 이온도금에 의해 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 막을 겆어도 10㎛ 이상의 두께로 형성시키고 막의 표면거칠기를 0.8㎛ 이하로 연마하는 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법 및 그렇게 제조된 슬라이딩부재에 관한 것이며, 그에 따르면, 내구성이 우수하고 공업적 이용가치가 높은 슬라이딩부재가 얻어진다.

Claims (7)

  1. 기층면의 거칠기가 2㎛-8㎛인 주철 또는 강으로 된 슬라이딩부재(a sliding member)의 적어도 슬라이딩하는 면에 이온도금에 의해 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 막을 가지며 그러한 막의 표면거칠기를 0.8μ이하로 하고 막의 두께를 10㎛ 이상으로 한 슬라이딩부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기층면의 거칠기가 4㎛-6㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 상기 막이 금속크롬과 질화크롬으로 이루어진 혼합조직으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 상기 막이 질화크롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재.
  5. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 막이 막의 내부로 부터 막의 외부로 향해서 질소농도가 연속적 또는 단계적으로 증가하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크롬과 질소를 주성분으로 하는 상기 막의 아몰퍼스조직인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 슬라이딩 부재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 슬라이딩면을 블라스팅하는 제1공정과, 이온도금에 의해 크롬과 질소로 이루어진 막을 피복하는 제2공정 및, 상기 막의 표면을 연마 등에 의해 가공하는 제3공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법.
