Abstract
Description
実施例1−1,1−2として、軸受鋼(SUJ2)よりなるディスク状の試験片を用意し、Crを15質量%〜30質量%含む投射材を用いて、湿式のブラストを行った。その際、エア圧を変えることにより表面粗さRaを調整し、実施例1−1の表面粗さRaは0.15μm、実施例1−2の表面粗さRaは0.3μmとした。ブラストを行った試験片について、MoDTCをMo分で200ppm含む潤滑油中で、ボールオンディスク型の摩擦試験を行った。相手材は軸受鋼(SUJ2)とした。潤滑油の温度は80℃一定、荷重は10N、摺動速度は0.5m/sとし、安定後の摩擦係数を測定した。
実施例1−1,1−2と同様にして、試験片にブラストを行い、摩擦係数を測定した。その際、エア圧を0.05MPa〜0.5MPaまで条件を変えることにより、表面粗さRaを調整し、表面粗さRaと摩擦係数との関係を調べた。得られた結果を図6に示す。図6に示したように、表面粗さRaを0.03μm以上0.4μm以下の範囲内とすることが好ましく、0.04μm以上0.3μm以下の範囲内とすればより好ましいことが分かった。
Claims (6)
- 添加剤としてモリブデン(Mo)を含む潤滑油環境下で摺動する摺動部材であって、
摺動部は金属材料よりなり、摺動部の表層部に、組成としてクロム(Cr)を含む投射材を投射することにより形成されたCrを含む改質層を有することを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記摺動部の表面粗さRaは0.03μm以上0.4μm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 歯車又は軸受けであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
- 添加剤としてモリブデン(Mo)を含む潤滑油環境下で摺動する摺動部材の製造方法であって、
金属材料よりなる摺動部の表面に、組成としてクロム(Cr)を含む投射材を投射し、摺動部の表層部にCrを含む改質層を形成する改質層形成工程を含むことを特徴とする摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記改質層形成工程において、摺動部の表面粗さRaが0.03μm以上0.4μm以下の範囲内となるように、投射材を投射することを特徴とする請求項4記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記改質層形成工程では、湿式法、又は、非酸化雰囲気中における乾式法により投射材を投射することを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
