Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, C1-C12-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬, 페닐, 톨릴 또는 C7-C12-페닐알킬이거나 또는 R1및 R2는 함께 트리-, 테트라-또는 펜타메틸렌 기를 형성하고, R3내지 R6는 각각 C1-C4-알킬이고, R7는 수소, C1-C8-알킬, 시아노 또는 일반식 COOR9의 라디칼이고, R8은 시아노 또는 일반식 COOR9의 라디칼이고, R9는 C1-C12-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬, 페닐, 톨릴 또는 C7-C12-페닐알킬이다. 상기 화합물은 광안정화제, 및 유기 재료, 특히 플라스틱 및 피복제에 대한 안정화제로서 적합한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체:
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, C1-C12-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬, 페닐, 톨릴 또는 C7-C12-페닐알킬이거나 또는 R1및 R2는 함께 트리-, 테트라- 또는 펜타메틸렌 기를 형성하고, R3내지 R6는 각각 C1-C4-알킬이고, R7는 수소, C1-C8-알킬, 시아노 또는 일반식 COOR9의 라디칼이고, R8은 시아노 또는 일반식 COOR9의 라디칼이고, R9는 C1-C12-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬, 페닐, 톨릴 또는 C7-C12-페닐알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 페닐, 톨릴 또는 벤질임을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ).
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R3내지 R6가 각각 메틸임을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ).
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R7이 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 카르복시메틸 또는 카르복시에틸임을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ).
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R8이 카르복시메틸 또는 카프복시에틸임을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ).
  6. 0 내지 200℃에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 글리콜우릴 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아세틸렌 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)의 제조 방법:
    R7-C ≡C-R8
    상기 식에서, R1내지 R6및 R7및 R8은 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
  7. 광 안정화제 또는 유기 재료에 대한 안정화제로서의 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)의 사용방법.
  8. 광 안정화제 또는 플라스틱 및 피복제에 대한 안정화제로서의 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)의 사용방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)를 사용하여, 광, 산소 및 열의 작용에 대해 유기 재료를 안정화시키는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)를 사용하여, 광, 산소 및 열의 작용에 대해 유기 재료를 안정화시키는 방법.
  11. 유기 재료의 양에 대해, 0.01 내지 5중량%의 하나 이상의 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)을 함유하는, 광, 산소 및 열의 작용에 대해 안정화된 유기 재료.
  12. 플라스틱 또는 피복제의 양에 대해, 0.01 내지 5중량%의 하나 이상의 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 N-비닐-함유 글리콜우릴 유도체(Ⅰ)을 함유하는, 광, 산소 및 열의 작용에 대해 안정화된 플라스틱 또는 피복제.
