Abstract

본 발명은 소수성 외부 쉘(shell)을 제공할 수 있는 소수성 그룹으로 캡핑(capping)됨으로써 개질된, 분자핵형성제로 작용하는 조밀한 성형 중합체 또는 덴드리머(dendrimer)에 관한 것이다. 이러한 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체 또는 덴드리머는 작은 셀(cell) 발포체를 제조하는데 특히 효과적이다.

Claims (26)

  1. 핵형성제로서 단량체 조성물의 고도로 분지된 내부 구조 및 약 5 내지 약 1000 나노미터(nm) 입자 직경을 가지며 소수성 외부 쉘(shell)을 제공할 수 있는 상이한 단량체 조성물의 외부 구조를 가지는 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체, 및 매트릭스 중합체를 이용하고, 물리적 발포제를 이용하여 발포체를 형성함을 포함하는, 작은 셀(cell) 발포체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중ㅎ바체의 고도로 분지된 내부 구조가 아민-말단화 폴리아미드아민 덴드리머(dendrimer), 하이드록시-말단화 폴리에테르 덴드리머 또는 아민-말단화 폴리에틸렌이민 덴드리머로 이루어지는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체의 소수성 외부 쉘이 4 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 가지는 소수성 그룹으로 이루어지는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 소수성 그룹이 4 내지 24개의 탄소원자를 가지는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 소수성 그룹이, 독립적으로 하이드록시; C1-C10알킬; C1-C10알콕시; 페닐, 또는 1 내지 5개의 C1-C5알킬 또는 C1-C5알콕시 그룹으로 치환된 페닐; 또는 페녹시 또는 C1-C5아킬 또는 C1-C5알콕시 그룹으로 치환된 페녹시로 임의로 치환된 4 내지 40개의 탄소원자를 가지는 선형 알킬 그룹을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 고도로 분지된 그의 내부 구조로서 아민-말단화 폴리아미도아민 텐드리머로부터 유도되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 고도로 분지된 그의 내부 구조로서 하이드록시-말단화 폴리에테르 덴드리머로부터 유도되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 고도로 분지된 그의 내부 구조로서 아민-말단화 폴리에텔렌이민 덴드리머로부터 유도되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 고도로 분지된 그의 내부 구조로서 아민-말단화 폴리프로필렌이민 덴드리머로부터 유도되는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 4,4-디페닐부트-1-엔 옥사이드를 가지는 7번째 제너레이션(generation) 아민-말단화 폴리아미도아민 덴드리머인 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 4,4-디페닐부트-1-엔 옥사이드를 가지는 10번째 제너레이션 아민-말단화 폴리아미도아민 덴드리머인 방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 11,11-디페닐운데-1-센 옥사이드를 가지는 7번째 제너레이션 아민-말단화 폴리아미도아민 덴드리머인 방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 11,11-디페닐운데-1-센 옥사이드를 가지는 10번째 제너레이션 아민-말단화 폴리아미도아민 덴드리머인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체로서 글리시딜 페닐 에테르 개질된 10번째 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체를 사용하는 폴리스티렌 발포체인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체로서 11,11-디페닐운데-1-센 옥사이드 개질된 10번째 제너레이션 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체를 사용하는 폴리스티렌인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체로서 4,4-디페닐부트-1-엔 옥사이드 개질된 10번째 제너레이션 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체를 사용하는 폴리스티렌인 방법.
  17. 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체 및 매트릭스 중합체를 포함하는 작은 셀 발포체.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 개질된 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체이고, 매트릭스 중합체가 폴리스틸첸인 발포체.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 개질된 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체이고, 매트릭스 중합체가 스티렌/옥텐 공중합체인 발포체.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체가 10번째 제너레이션인 발포체.
  21. 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체 및 매트릭스 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 매트릭스 중합체가 열가소성 중합체인 중합체 블렌드.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 개질된 조밀한 성형 중합체가 개질된 폴리아미도아민 조밀한 성형 중합체인 중합체 블렌드.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 중합체 매트릭스가 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)또는 폴리스티렌인 중합체 블렌드.
