Abstract

본 발명은 L-α-아미노산의 제조를 위한 신규 미생물, 이의 용도 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
공지된 아쓰로부터 DSM 7329 및 DSM 7330은 유도인자(N3-IMH)가 이용될 때만이 D.L-5-일치환된 하이단토인을 L-α-아미노산으로 전환시키는데 기술적으로 적당한 비활성을 나타낸다.
DSM 9771은 DSM 7330의 돌연변이주이고 선택적 조건하에서 수득된다. 이의 효소 활성은 모균주보다 2.3배 높다. 유도인자 존재하에 상기 활성은 2.7배로 더욱 증가할 수 있다.
증가된 입체학적 특이성과 함께 정량적인 수율로 L-α-아미노산을 수득한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 미생물 DSM 9771.
  2. D-, L- 및/또는 D.L-5-일치환된 하이단토인 및/또는 D-, L- 및/또는 D.L-N-카바모일-α-아미노산을 효소적으로 전환시켜 L-α-아미노산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 미생물 DSM 9771 및/또는 이러한 미생물 의해 생산되는 효소를 통해 전환을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 L-α-아미노산의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 정지기 미생물로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 미생물의 돌연변이주 또는 변이주를 배양하거나, 카바모일라제 및/또는 하이단토인아제 및/또는 하이단토인라세마제를 암호화하는 유전자를 수득하거나, 카바모일라제 및/또는 하이단토인아제 및/또는 하이단토인라세마제를 암호화하는 유전자를 미생물 또는 세포내로 주입하거나, 또는 L-α-아미노산을 제조하기 위한, 미생물 DSM 9771의 용도.
