Abstract
[목적]
저가격의 유기용매를 사용하고, 낮은 점착성의 중간 생성물을 단시간에 생성할 수 있으며, 게다가 중간생성물로부터 고품질의 스티롤을 재생할 수 있는 발포 스티롤의 처리방법을 제공한다.
[구성]
발포 스티롤의 폐재료를 발생장소의 근방에서 액상 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 석유계의 유기용매에 침지하고 연화시켜서 반죽상의 중간 생성물을 생성하고, 이 중간 생성물을 상기 유기용매로부터 물리적으로 분리하여 재생처리 공장으로 운반하고, 이 운반처인 재생처리 공장에서 상기 중간 생성물로부터 이에 포함되는 스티롤을 재생한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서 유기용매로서 케로신을 사용한 경우의 용해의 상태나 중간 생성물의 조성에 관한 실험 데이터를 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 본 발명의 일 실시예의 처리장치의 구성을 나타내는 평면도, 제3도는 상기 실시예의 처리장치의 구성을 나타내는 측면도, 제4도는 상기 실시예의 처리장치의 구성을 나타내는 정면도.
Claims (5)
- 발포 스티롤의 폐재료를 그 발생장소의 근방에서 액상 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 석유계의 유기용매에 침지하고 연화시켜서 반죽상의 중간 생성물을 생성하고, 이 중간 생성물을 상기 유기용매로부터 물리적으로 분리하여 재생처리 공장으로 운반하고, 이 운반처인 재생처리 공장에서 상기 중간 생성물로부터 이에 포함되는 스티롤을 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 스티롤의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는, 방향족 탄화수소와 지방족 탄화수소의 혼합물을 주체로 하고, 이 혼합물중의 상기 방향족 탄화수소의 중량비가 20% 내지 60%의 범위로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 스티롤의 처리방법.
- 발포 스티롤의 폐재료를 그 발생장소의 근방에서 액상 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 석유계의 유기용매에 용해시키고, 이 발포 스티롤을 용해시킨 유기용매를 재생처리공장으로 운반하고, 그 운반처인 재생처리공장에서 상기 유기용매로부터 이에 포함되는 스티롤을 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 스티롤의 처리방법.
- 하부에 물의 층을 형성하면서 이 물의 층의 상부에 비중이 1보다도 작은 액상 탄화수소로 이루어지는 석유계의 유기용매의 층을 형성하기 위한 처리조와, 상기 물의 층과 상기 유기용매의 층의 경계근방에 부유하는 스티롤의 반죽상의 중간 생성물을 각 층으로부터 물리적으로 분리하여 상기 처리조의 외부로 배출하는 배출기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 스티롤의 처리장치.
- 하부에 물의 층을 형성하면서 이 물의 층의 상부에 비중의 1보다도 작은 액상 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 석유계의 유기용매의 층을 형성하기 위한 처리조와, 상기 처리조내의 물의 층과 상기 유기용매의 층의 경계근방에 부유하는 스티롤의 반죽상의 중간 생성물을 각 층으로부터 물리적으로 분리하여 상기 처리조의 외부로 배출하는 배출기구와, 상기 처리조의 상부로부터 투하된 발포 스티롤을 이 처리조의 내부로 압송하는 압송기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 스티롤의 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
