Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は発泡スチロールの処理方法及びその装置に関
するものである。
（従来の技術） 発泡スチロールは各種商品の包装容器等に多く使用され
ているが、その廃物の処理については考えられていない
。
（この発明が解決しよりとする課題） この発明においては発泡スチロールが熱に対して弱く、
加熱すると小さな塊となる性質があり、この性質を利用
せんとするにある。
（課題を解決するだめの手段） この発明においては発泡スチロールが熱に弱く、熱を加
えると塊となる性質があるのを利用し、これを加熱油に
投入して小さな塊として元の形をこわし、再利用せんと
するものである。
Ｆｌ　１　、下方は水槽２とし、水槽２内に油を入れる
と比重差により上方に油が貯シ自然に油ｐＷ１を形成で
きる、この油槽１には加熱管３を取付はガス、プロパン
等の燃料４で加熱して油４１１内を加熱する。またこれ
と一定の間隔をおいて空気による冷却管５を貫通して取
付け、空気によシ冷却する。
この加熱管３、冷却管５は煙突６に吸引するようにする
。また油Ｆｌｌ内には第８図に示すように網７を前後の
滑車８．９に張着し、油（”１１内に投入された発泡ス
チロールが加熱油によシ塊となるのに取付けて第１図に
示すように油１′＠１の金網１１に接着させる。金網１
１は発泡スチロールの塊の小さい物、またはこれに付着
している廃埃等を取り除くためのもので、必ずしも必要
ではなく塵埃は水槽２の底に沈澱するものである。水ｆ
ｉ２の底！ ２は傾斜していて塵埃がこの底２に集中できるようにし
て排除し易くする。図面中１２はモーター１３は張着ベ
ルトを示す。
（作　用） この発明は以上のように上方を油槽、下方を水槽に形成
し、油槽Ｉｌｆｔ加熱してこれに発泡スチロールを投入
して塊まらせ、排出するようにしたので発泡スチロール
の廃材を容易に処分することができるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）発泡スチロールの廃材を加熱油中に投入し、塊と
    して回収し、再利用できるようにした発泡スチロールの
    廃材処理方法。
  2. （２）上方を油槽１、下方を水槽２とし、油槽１には加
    熱管３と冷却管５を取付け、油槽１内に網７を回転でき
    るように取付け発泡スチロールを塊として収集し、再利
    用できるようにした発泡スチロールの処理装置。
