Abstract

본 발명은 칼라브라운관에서 적색 형광체의 형광막을 조성이 상이한 적층 구조로 함에 따라 색순도와 휘도를 향상시키는 것에 관한 것으로, 녹색, 청색, 적색의 3색 형광체로 형광막을 형성한 것에 있어서, 적색 형광체의 형광막이 조성이 상이한 Y2O2S : Eu와 Y2O3: Eu로 조성된 형광체를 적층시켜서 된 형광막을 갖는 칼라브라운관의 형광막 구조에 관한 기술임이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 녹색, 청색, 적색의 3색 형광체로 형광막을 형성한 칼라브라운관에 있어서, 적색 형광체의 형광막이 조성이 상이한 적층구조의 형광체층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관의 형광막 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적층 구조의 적색 형광체층이 Y2O2S :Eu와 Y2O3: Eu로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관의 형광막 구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Y2O2S :Eu의 막 두께는 Y2O3: Eu의 막 두께의 10∼50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관의 형광막 구조.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 페이스플레이트(Face Plate)상에 Y2O2S :Eu로 조성된 적색 제1형광체층과 Y2O3: Eu로 조성된 적색 제2형광체층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 칼라브라운관의 형광막 구조.
