제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 청색 형광체의 발광 스펙트럼을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 일반식이(BawCaxMgyEuz)OㆍaAl2O3ㆍbSiO|2(단, 0.1≤w≤0.5, 0.0004≤x≤0.0020, 0.1≤y≤0.8, 0.03≤z≤0.10, w+x+y+z=1, 1.5≤a≤4.5 및 0.0005≤b≤0.0030)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, a가 2.0≤a3.0 또는 x가 0.0006≤x≤0.0015인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
  3. 유리전구 내면에 형광체 막을 구비한 형광램프에 있어서, 전술한 형광체 막이 가시 청색 범위에서 발광 스펙트럼을 갖는 일반식(BawCaxMgyEuz)OㆍaAl2O3ㆍbSiO2(단, 0.1≤w≤0.5, 0.0004≤x≤0.0020, 0.1≤yⅠ0.8, 0.03≤zⅠ0.10, w+x+y+z=1, 1.5≤a≤4.5 및 0.0005≤b≤0.0030)으로 표시되는 제 1 형광체; 가시 녹색 범위에서 발광 스펙트럼을 갖는 일반식 Ln2O3ㆍc(Mg1-uCau)Oㆍd[(Al2O3)1-v(SiO2)v(SiO2)v](단, Ln은 란탄, 가돌리늄, 이트륨, 세륨 및 테르븀으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 및 1.5≤c≤5.0, 2.5≤d≤14.0, 0.001≤u≤0.005 및 0.002≤v≤0.0010이다.)으로 표시되는 제 2 형광체와; 가시적색 범위에서 발광 스펙트럼을 갖는 일반식(Y1-tEut)2O|3(단, 0.020≤t≤0.065)으로 표시되는 제 3 형광체와의 혼합물을 포함하며, 이 혼합물 100wt%에대해서 제 1 형광체 0.2-35wt%, 제 2 형광체 35-60wt%, 그리고 제 3 형광체 30-60wt%를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프.
