제1도는 본 발명 형광램프의 구성예를 나타내는 일부절개단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (M1-x-yEuxMny) O aAl2O3
    식중 M은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba의 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 나타내고, a, x 및 y 는 각각 1.5≤a≤4.5, 0.03≤x≤0.10 및 0.1≤y/x≤0.15를 만족하는 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형강체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.15≤y/x≤0. 12인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형광체.
  3. 유리밸브의 내면에 형광필름이 형성되어 있는 형광램프가 상기 형광필름이,
    (M1-x-yEuxMny) O aAl2O3
    식중 M은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba의 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 나타내고, a,x 및 y는 각각 1.5≤a≤4.5, 0.03≤x≤0.10 및 0.1≤y/x≤0.15를 만족하는 수인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형랑체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 0.15≤y/x≤0.12인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프.
  5. (M1-x-yEuxMny) O · aAl2O3· bB2O3· cX2
    식중 M은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba의 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 나타내고, a, b, c, y 및 z는 각각 1.5≤a≤5.5, 0≤b≤5×10-3, 0≤c≤8×10-3, 0.03≤y≤0.10 및 0.01≤z/y≤0.15를 만족하는 수인 동시에 b와 c는 동시에 0은 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형광체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, c는 5×10-3≤c≤8×10-3을 만족하는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형광체.
  7. 유리밸브내면에 형광필름이 형성되어 있는 형광램프가 상기 형광필름이 하기 일반식 :
    (M1-x-yEuxMny) O · aAl2O3· bB2O3· cX2
    (식중 M은 Mg, Ca, Sr및 Ba의 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 나타내고, a, b, c, y및 z는 각각 1.5≤a≤5.5, 0≤b≤5×10-3, 0≤c≤8×10-3, 0.03≤y≤0.10 및 0.01≤z/y≤0.15를 만족하는 수인 동시에 b와 c는 동시에 0은 아님)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색발광형광체.
