Claims (2)

  1. 일반식 Y2O2S : Eu로 표시되는 3가 유로품으로 부활시킨 산유화이트륨에 불화바륨을 함유시킨 것을 소성시켜서 되는 음극선관용 형광체.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화바륨의 함유량은 0.1∼5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 형광체.
