Abstract

본 발명은 ZnS : Cu, Au, Al 혹은 ZnS : Cu, Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 형광체, InBO3: Tb 형광체 및 선택적으로 Zn2SiO4: Mn형광체가 더 포함된 녹색 발광 형광체 및 이를 사용한 음극선관에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 녹색 발광 형광체는 실용 가능한 범위내에 휘도 및 색순도를 유지하면서 잔광 특성이 향상되어 플리커 현상을 감소시킬 수 있는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 음극선관은 시청자 및 사용자의 눈의 피로감을 크게 저하시키는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. ZnS : Cu, Au, Al 혹은 ZnS : Cu, Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 형광체, InBO3: Tb 형광체로 이루어진 녹색 발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 InBO3: Tb의 양은 녹색 발광 형광체 총 중량에 대하여 40 내지 90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 발광 형광체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Zn2SiO4: Mn가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 발광 형광체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 InBO3: Tb 및 Zn2SiO4: Mn의 양이 녹색 발광 형광체 총 중량에 대하여 InBO3: Tb 40 내지 80중량%와 Zn2SiO4: Mn 10 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 발광 형광체.
  5. ZnS : Cu, Au, Al 혹은 ZnS : Cu, Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나의 형광체 및 InBO3: Tb 형광체로 이루어진 녹색 발광 형광체를 사용함으로써 플리커 현상이 저감된 음극선관.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, Zn2SiO4: Mn가 더 포함된 녹색 발광 형광체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
