Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 차체의 내부 하방부분을 오일고임으로 하는 작업차량에 있어서, 유압작동수단용의 제어밸브의 오일드레인포트로부터 유로중으로 공기가 들어가는 것을 방지하는데 있다. 오버플로구(91a)로부터의 오일고임(49)으로서 오일 오버플로에 의하여 오일고임의 유면(OL)면보다 높은 유면(OLb)을 유지하는 오일고임챔버(91)를 설치하고, 제어밸브(68)의 오일드레인포트(68T2)를 챔버유면보다 하방레벨에서 상기 챔버에 연통시켰다.
상기 챔버는 제어밸브의 밸브케이스를 차체하우징(1)에 고정지지시켜 상기 케이스내에 서로 접합되는 두 케이스 부재(56, 57) 사이에서 형성되고, 오버플로구를 차체하우징내로 직접 개구시키는 것이 바람직하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예를 장비한 트랙터의 전동기구의 전체를 나타낸 모식적인 일부전개 중 단측면도, 제3도는 상기 트랙터의 전부(前部) 하우징의 후반부를 나타낸 종단측면도, 제6도는 제5도 도시부분의 종단배면도, 제13도는 제2실시예를 나타낸 트랙터요부의 종단 정면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 유압작동수단을 구비하고, 차체의 하방부분을, 상기 유압작동수단에 대하여 오일펌프에 의하여 공급되는 오일을 수용하는 오일고임으로 구성하고 있는 작업차량에 있어서, 오버플로구(91a)를 구비하며, 이 오버플로구로부터의 상기 오일고임(49)으로의 오일 오버플로에 의하여 상기 오일고임의 유면 보다 높은 유면을 유지하는 오일고임챔버(91)를 설치하고, 상기 유압작동수단(43F, 43R)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어밸브수단(68)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어밸브수단(68)의 오일드레인포트(68T1, 68T2)를 상기 오일고임챔버(91)내에, 상기 오일고임챔버에 유면보다 낮은 레벨에서 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하여 이루어지는 오일 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압작동수단이 적어도 1개의 유압클러치(43F, 43R)이고, 상기 유압클러치에 대한 작용유압을 점증시키기 위하여 유압설정용 스프링(86)의 기단을 제어피스톤(87) 및 상기 제어피스톤의 배후에 배치되어 드로틀(89)을 거쳐 클러치작동유가 공급되는 유실(88)을 구비하는 모듈레이트 릴리프밸브(6)를 설치하였으며, 상기 제어밸브수단이, 상기 유실(88)을 선택적으로 상기 오일고임(49)에 접속하여 상기 유실로부터 신속하게 오일을 드레인시키기 위한 제어밸브(68)임을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압작동수단이 적어도 1개의 유압클러치(43F, 43R)이고, 상기제오밸브수단이, 상기 유압클러치에 대한 작동유의 공급·배출을 제어하기 위한 방향변환밸브(68)임을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유압클러치(43F, 43R)에 대한 작동유압을 점증시키기 위하여 유압설정용 스프링(86)의 기단을 받는 제어피스톤(87) 및 상기 제어피스톤의 배후에 배치되어 드로틀(89)을 거쳐 클러치 작동유를 공급하는 유식(88)을 구비한 모듈레이트 릴리프밸브(76)가 설치되어, 상기 방향변환밸브(68)가, 그 중립위치에서 상기 유실(88)을 상기 오일고임(49)에 접속하여 상기 유실로부터 신속하게 오일을 드레인시키는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유압클러치가, 차속변경용의 유압작동식 변속장치(12)에 설치되고 택일적으로 작동되는 복수개의 유압클러치(43F, 43R)임을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브수단(68)의 밸브케이스(56, 57, 58, 59)를, 상기 차체의 일부를 구성하는 하우징(1)에 고정지지시키고, 이 밸브케이스내에 상기 오일고임챔버(91)를 구획형성하고, 상기 오버플로구(91a)를 오일고임챔버로부터 상기 하우징(1)내로 직접 개구시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브케이스(56, 57, 58, 59)가 서로 집합되는 2개의 케이스부재(56, 57)를 구비하고, 상기 오일고임챔버(91)를 상기 양 케이스부재간에 구획형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급장치.
