Abstract

본 발명은 하기 구조식의 신규한 화합물 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5-클로로테트라졸 화합물, 이 화합물을 가수분해시켜 생성된 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5(4H)-테트라졸리논의 제조방법 및 2-클로로페닐이소시아니드 디클로라이드를 나트륨 아지드와 반응시킨 후, 생성된 화합물을 분리 및 정제처리 하지 않고 가수분해시켜 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5(4H)-테트라졸리논을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

1-(2-클로로페닐)-5-클로로테트라졸을 염기의 존재하 및 불활성 용매의 존재하에서 가수분해하여 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5(4H)-테트라졸리논을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 염기를 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물, 탄산염 및 중탄산염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 약 50℃ 내지 약 160℃의 온도에서 가수분해를 수행하는 방법.
하기 구조식의 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5-클로로테트라졸 :
2-클로로페닐이소시아니드 클로라이드를 불활성 용매중에서 나트륨 아지드와 반응시킨 후, 생성된 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5-클로로테트라졸을 분리 및 정제처리하지 않고 반응 용액에 염기 및 임의로 물을 가하므로써 가수분해시켜 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5(4H)-테트라졸리논을 제조하는 방법.
제5항에 있어서, 2-클로로페닐이소시아니드 디클로라이드를 불활성 용매중에서 약20℃ 내지 약 120℃의 온도에서 나트륨 아지드와 반응시킨 후 생성된 1-(2-클로로페닐)-5-클로로테트라졸을 분리 및 정제처리하지 않고 반응용액에 약 50℃ 내지 약 160℃의 온도에서 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물, 탄산염 및 중탄산염으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 염기 및 임의로 물을 가하므로써 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
