Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de composés de tétrazolinone -5(1H) substitués en 1 représentés par la formule générale (2), caractérisé par la réaction d'un composé de 5-mercaptotétrazole représenté par la formule générale (1a) avec un hypohalite en présence ou en l'absence d'un alcali, la réaction d'un ester de l'acide carbamique représenté par la formule générale (1b) avec un azide dans un solvant en présence ou en l'absence d'un acide de Lewis, ou la réaction d'un carbamoyl azide représenté par la formule générale (1c) avec une base dans un solvant, en présence ou en l'absence d'un acide de Lewis : (1a) (1b) (1c) (2) où Q est éventuellement substitué en phényle ou analogue, et R14 représente alkyle C¿1-4?.
