Abstract

본 발명은 액체금속(LIQUID METAL)를 프린터 헤드에 이용한 것에 있어서, 상기 액체금속이 액체상태를 유지할 수 있도록 제어하는 액체금속을 이용하여 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치 및 방법에 있어서, 잉크통으로부터 공급되는 잉크의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지 수단과, 상기 잉크를 가열하여 간접적으로 상기 액체금속의 온도를 용융점 이상으로 유지하기 위한 발열수단을 상기 잉크로의 소정부위에 더 설치하여 구성한 것과, 액체금속의 온도를 검출하는 단계와, 상기 검출된 액체금속의 온도가 용융점 이하의 온도인가를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 판단단계에서, 액체금속의 온도가 용융점 이하의 온도로 판단되면, 발열수단을 구동시키는 단계와, 상기 판단단계에서, 액체금속의 온도가 용융점 이하의 온도가 아니라면, 발열수단의 구동을 차단하는 단계를 포함하여 된 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드에 있어서, 상기 액체금속의 온도를 항상 용융점이상으로 유지할 수 있게 되어 프린터 헤드의 동작온도를 적정하게 유지하여 줌으로서, 인쇄기능을 향상시킨 효과가 있다.

Description

액체금속을 이용한 잉크분자식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치 및 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의제어장치를 나타내는 바람직한 일실시예.

Claims (13)

  1. 잉크프린터 헤드의 몸체 내부에는 잉크저장실이 마련되고, 상기 저장실의 일측에는 잉크방울이 분출되는 노즐이 구성되고, 잉크통으로부터 상기 저장실로 공급되는 잉크의 통로인 공급로가 구성되며, 상기 저장실의 노즐타측면에는 한쌍의 전극과, 한쌍의 N,S극의 자성체가 서로 대칭으로 설치되고, 상기 저장실의 내부에는 액체 금속이 투입 저장되는 잉크 분사식 프린터 헤드장치에 있어서, 잉크 프린터헤드의 일정부위의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단과, 상기 잉크를 가열하여 간접적으로 상기 액체금속의 온도를 소정온도 이상으로 유지하기 위한 발열수단을 상기 잉크 프린터헤드의 소정 부위에 더 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단과 발열수단은 프린터 헤드에 단일개가 설치될 수 있거나, 몇개의 블럭 또는 단위 노즐마다 각각 설치될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단은 상기 프린터헤드의 몸체의 소정부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단은 상기 저장실의 잉크저장부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단은 상기 저장실의 액체 금속 저장부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크 분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단은 상기 프린터헤드의 잉크 공급로에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크 분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열수단은 상기 프린터 헤드의 표면 소정 부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크 분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열수단은 상기 프린터헤드의 몸체의 소정 부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 발열수단은 상기 저장실의 잉크저장부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열수단은 상기 저장실의 액체 금속 저장부위에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열수단은 상기 프린터헤드의 잉크 공급로에 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지수단과 연계되는 발열수단은 소정값을 가지는 저항들의 분압에 의해 생성되는 일정기준전압이 비교기의 반전단자에 인가되도록 하고, 소정저항과 온도감지수단의 분압에 의해 생성되는 비교전압이 상기 비교기의 비반전단자에 인가되도록 하고, 상기 비교기의 출력이 트랜지스터를 구동하도록 접속하여 주고, 상기 트랜지스터의 동작으로 발열수단에 전원이 인가되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크 분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어장치.
  13. 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어방법에 있어서, 프린터 헤드의 일정부위를 감지하여 액체금속의 온도를 검출하는 제1단계와, 상기 검출된 액체금속의 온도가 소정온도 이하인가를 판단하는 제2단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 액체금속의 온도가 상기 소정온도 이하로 판단되면, 발열수단을 구동시키는 제3단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 액체금속의 온도가 상기 소정온도 이하가 아니라면, 발열수단의 구동을 차단하는 제4단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체금속을 이용한 잉크분사식 프린터 헤드의 제어방법.
